I have noticed that in 2020 a lot of people are purchasing this bag. I am so happy to see that this bag is finally getting the recognition it deserves. It is so perfect. I can't decide between Medium or Large like yours. I love the look of the Large a lot. Are you happy with the Large size?
VanMax13 - Yes, this bag is really blowing up and I have no idea why. Everyone says they’ve been dreaming about it for years, so I guess this was the time to get the bag lol. I like the large a lot because I like the room. I considered the medium but the size difference is huge. Remember the envelope bags are heavier than most because of the amount of leather used/metal used, so keep that in mind with the large. But yes, I’m very happy with it.
I agree, it’s finally getting the recognition that it deserves... its well made and long lasting 💯 I had mines for 3 years in the large, and I absolutely love it 😍 my forever bag.
I was debating between the medium & large but opted for the medium.Black & gold hardware. It’s so beautiful YSL epitome of classy, elegant timeless. I love your black hardware also, so beautiful. Maybe my next purchase I’ll get the black or silver hardware.

My next bag but can’t decide between large or medium. Medium would probably be better for evenings and dinner. Large would be more practical and fit more as I do like to carry a long wallet, a mini pochette, 6 key holder and a few other smaller things.idk, I can make up my mind.
Yes, small and medium would be WAY better for evenings and a bit more versatile. Based on the items you listed, you can get away with a medium size. I love the large because it has the wow factor but sometimes I do wish it was smaller lol.

I got my gift card maybe a week ago. Yes, I hope it comes in soon. There is a huge in-store sale at NM right now (Louboutins included). I picked up some Iriza and Josselyn a few days ago. Be sure to wear a mask and gloves if you do go.

I hope you're loving this bag because it's still my daily driver. I actually haven't had a Chanel and wonder how they hold up as well. I will definitely do a what's in my bag. I empty out my bag and put it back in the dust bag but next time I take it out and pack it, I'll do a real what's in my bag for sure. :)

I was wondering if you experience any wrinkling at the top back of the bag from constant opening? I am debating between the medium and large . But I feel as if the medium may be too small , maybe large is a better deal altogether.
One day you'll get one soon! I haven't seen any wrinkling so far so looks good to me. Yeah, I wish there was something between the large and medium. Large can get heavy if you tend to carry a lot but I know the medium is too small for me.

Katrina Calvin It's All Within You - I like the Lou Lou as well. I’m so close to getting it in the toy size but I’m still deciding on the size. I love makeup and while I usually stick to NARS and Hourglass, I’ve recently found much love for YSL’s lipsticks.
@@NapalmKitty :) I have been treating myself to luxury brands got a lovely nail varnish from Dior beautiful wrapping and a lip gloss from Chanel. Waiting for my brow liner from Gucci I love how it comes all wrapped I like YSL got a mascara set from them in a gorgeous black and gold box now use it as a make up box. Slowly building up my collection. I want to treat myself to a Gucci belt soon after I release more weight. Enjoy the lipsticks we will get our YSL bags soon cant wait will get my belt 1st!x
Just got this exact bag! I totally agree with you re: the hardware, I'm not big on obvious logos and shiny hardware for the most part, except for smaller bags (like the Miu Miu Confidential purse line). The all black envelope blag is just so gorgeous and classy, I can't wait till my bag comes
@@NapalmKitty I think my only complaint about this bag is the open/close magnet. You have to press a certain way to make sure it closes properly, sometimes I’ve found myself wearing the bag with the flap undone lol
For this bag, I’m indecisive with the sliver chain or matte black. The girl from the YSL store states eventually from the chain going through the holes and using it a lot the matte black will chip. Did yours eventually chip the matte black on the chain or YSL?
Is the leather soft or hard? I just bought the Loulou Medium Matelasse Leather bag and it's so soft that when I unwrapped the bag it already had dents and creases on the front from being delivered. I want something more sturdy.

Yes, most definitely. The leather is very durable and easy to clean especially if you get a darker color. It hasn't wrinkled or warped after all this time.

Thank you! I don't carry too much (cellphone, lipstick, wallet, keys, inhaler, pen), but the heaviest it's been was all of that plus my 11-inch iPad Pro. It's manageable but you'll want to use the double strap carry style or else your shoulders will ache over time. I hope this helped! Does the emblem scratch bad or the chain turn? How is the wear and tear on this chain since you have got it? I want the black also metal but worried about that?

The large is a little heavy already because of all the hardware and thick leather they use. When I pack everything in there including the iPad Pro (11-inch), it can feel like you're carrying three water bottles. No pain on the shoulder but you could definitely hurt someone if you hit them with it by accident. I hope this helps.
I would definitely double check the official dimensions of your laptop first. I have 13" laptops but their screen is 13" but because the bezels are small, the physical dimensions are 11-12" length which fits.
