Unboxing, setup, and use of an Omron 10 Series Wireless Wrist Blood Pressure Monitor. I show the unboxing, how to insert the batteries, and set time and date as well as i show how to measure the blood pressure.
Nice review! Man. I wish I could get my bottom number down in the low 70s...its usually 81-86. For some reason, I believe the arm cuff makes me more nervous when taking bp than the wrist one.
I experience the same. For the last, say, 15 years when I get a cuff around my upper arm and it gets inflated my BP rises alongside. But no problems on the wrist. It looks like my heart wants to compensate for a shut down left arm. Obliterating all medical attempts to determine the BP.
Having used both, i feel like the upper arm is more accurate. With that said, if i had a choice between them i would pick the upper arm device. But that is just me. If one has weight issues in a way that the upper arm is very fat, then the wrist version seems to be the better choice.
mygiguser exactly, my mum has a fat upper arm and almost no cuff fits her. Have u compared accuracy of this or any other wrist based monitor with a mercury based monitor?
