I recently got ps5 slim, and gotta say i love it It has much storage than the og, i literally installed Gran turismo, two Assassins creed games and tekken 7, and still have 500+gb of free space!
And I’m waiting for mine! Also ordered the matte black cover. Personally I don’t like white consoles and specially not the glossy part. I think the matte black cover will make it look a little more premium because the slim does look a little cheap.
Finally, a video where they show Astro's Playroom on the PS5 Slim. I'm kinda disappointed that they didn't update the game to include the slim version.

Just purchased this yesterday and it will be here by tomorrow! I am excited to play PS again! The last one i got was the PS2 and now i am going full blasts! I also bought these games (Ghost of Tsushima director's cut, Resident Evil 4 Gold edition, Diablo 4, Hogwarts Legacy, Ratchet & Clank Parallel trouble, Tekken 8 & GT7) plus another Dual Sense controller (Gray Camouflage)! I’ve had it with the people who own the old one and hate on the new one bruh let y’all get this straight. I have both but the slim is better, more storage, smaller, lighter, can be more creative with the panels, detachable disc drive, and if you don’t like the gloss just wait for Sony to release full mate covers. Unless you have the ps5 already then it’s alr to keep it instead of another 500 but for new owners ngl get the slim.
I remember when I ordered the new Xbox when it came out in 2020. And I ordered the PS5 Slim the other day. Time flies… I even remember watching the ad for the PS4 before it got released. That was like 11 years ago…I’m getting old. Haha
I also have the Slim 4 months now ( never had the original PS5) and I'm very pleased with it. It's an amazing console. Just wanted to ask about the vertical placement. Isn't this concerning since there's a known liquid metal issue which can damage the console over the time? Has Sony fixed this? On a last note , I'd like to ask if it's ok to stand the Slim vertically without the stand ( which you have to buy extra). Without the dedicated stand doesn't this block ventilation from the downside?
The liquid issue shouldn't be a problem anymore I guess only few people encountered this problem and got their replacements as i know of. And I saw an official statement saying that its not a problem to put in vertical. But you need the stand to stay safe
@@3bood1998 That's good to know. However I personally only put my consoles horizontally so I'll never use it vertically anyway. It's a great console. Can't wait for GTA 6
PS5 controller got a built in mic? That’s rare and so cool. You can also do this by connecting the headphones microphone on it with playing Fortnite, or party with PS4 too.

I had the OG PS5 from launch, had it horizontal for 2-3 years then turned it vertical for 2-3 months until it started overheating and crashing, then what I did was exchange it for another OG PS5, fan noise was loud and had coil whine, kept exchanging the console like 6-7 times until i gave up and went to the xbox because i couldn’t stand the fan noise on playstations, the thing about the ps5s they all have coil whine and loud fans but some have quiter versions because they use different fans, you got to be lucky to get a quiet fan but they still make noise, i had the xbox even tho xbox was SILENT, i just missed the playstation and went back to exchange for another ps5.
I sold mine to a friend (the digital one) and ordered this with God of War and the new spiderman. I'm kinda bored to play anything on the pc and after seeing that GTA is gonna be releeased first year again for consoles I said yolo lol. The cool thing about disc ones is you can sell games and buy games that were just completed and like brand new on lower price.
Exactly. That's why I mostly prefer disc consoles than digital, also, people are more likely to buy the disc vers. more I think cause it gives them two options automatically. Either buy the cd game or digital.
For the 2 step code, im just now seeing this but if u use ur psn account from ps4, does it show that for u even if u never made a 2 step verification on ps4...?
I'll buy one when we could use a keyboard and mouse playing with all games. I'm a PC gamer, but I'd like playing with PS5 Slim. I hate all controllers... not the same as a mouse!
great video, but you got the mot expensive next gen console just so you can play fortnite on it? i recommend getting a series s if you want to just play fortnite. people mostly get a ps5 for the exclusives for the console or to actually play high demanding titles on it, at least thats the reason why i have one. im just giving advice, im not hating on you lol.
@@Qre--ece Ahh, well, if you want the slim vers. just make sure there are two usb-c ports on the front of the console. It's also more thin and a bit lighter.

@@voicelessunboxing thanks. I currently have had an Xbox One X since 2017. My Xbox One X has 4K settings and I have 4K tv. I don’t play much games anymore. Game Pass ultimate is too expensive for me £14.99 every month. I use it for movies and tv shows. Xbox have stated all consoles going forward will be digital. I’m torn between getting Xbox Series X PS5 Slim or waiting till 2024 I’m slightly conflicted. Just need advice what best thing to do is.

Can't find any good free game so far. It also depends on what you're looking for in a console. is it more for movies/shows/RU-vid or games?

I owned a PS5 Slim. The first week after buying it was good. No noise, and lesser heat. When I touched the fan (near the HDMI input), it is not that hot.
