UNBOXING S23 ULTRA UAG CASES! Early first look! 

The Monarch Pro in Oxide colour has definitely caught my eye the most. The Golden / Honey colours with the black Leather at the back & Rubber grips lon the sides ooks a real stunner.

I was all ready to pull the trigger on the Monarch Pro, as I have been itching to add Magsafe support for Android phone. Then, I went and watched several videos of the Monarch Pro w' Magsafe for iPhone.....whoa boy, those reviews are brutal! I have been waiting for a review for the new S23U cases to see if they learned from their mistakes. Also, need to know if there is adequate magnetic shielding so it doesn't frazzle the S-Pen like all the other (except Magback) Magsafe cases do.

I have large hards and love the popsocket idea. So underwhelming OtterBox and popsockets usually cater to Iphone.

Thanks for showing all the cases. Could you test the magnet on them though? I would like to know if I can put that popsocket attachment on the phone and trust that it won't fall.

The one thing I wish more case manufacturers would implement is a shield or cover for the back of the case that covers the camera. Like a sliding camera cover or something similar. I dropped my phone with an otter box defender in a parking lot that had asphalt, which is not as even a surface as concrete, and my camera lenses shattered. So spending alot on a case is pointless if it's not providing 100 percent protection on all types of surfaces! Especially 100 on their top of the line model! What's the point of Kevlar then if it won't protect your phone fully other than a fancy marketing ploy to get your money!

I think the mics for the s23 series was shifted so s22 cases will cover the mics.

The monarch pro would be perfect if it had a way to cover the cameras.

Will the monarch case affect S-pen usage?

Excellent video. Thank you so much. My question is about these three models, Monarch Pro - Black Kevlar, Pathfinder SE and the Metropolis LT Pro - Black Kevlar. I need to know if the edge that covers the cameras is higher than the magnetic base. My andovil car holder is rectangular and is mounted on the lower chamber. If the edge of the camera is higher, the support does not fit well. I use a translator, I'm sorry if you don't understand my query

Great video, I've been using the UAG cases since Samsung S7 Edge. But I have found you can't put a tempered glass on the front which is annoying but since using these cases, I never 'touch wood' have smashed my phone. I would prefer if they could do a case where it covers the charging port as that seems to the thing that dies first on my phone (works in construction). But I have to admit, I am triggered that you wasn't using the Samsung S23 Ultra

How does the spigen tough armor stack up to the monarch?

I have the 23 ultra and bought the Monarch pro case on Amazon for 91.99 euros. In fact, is just waste of money

If you use the S23 ultra case on the S22 ultra the mics on the S22 ultra will covered up as well and the cameras won't be aligned properly either so if anyone gets an S23 ultra they have to get a new case for the phone and that has been proven by other RU-vid Channels that have covered the new cases as well.

So between monarch and monarch pro ..only difference is magnet ? Or anything else?

no more uag Monarch for my S23 Ultra. i bought a Crimson for a former phone S7 Edge i think. the lower part, the inferior lip of the case was not hard enough to embrace the phone, it was a gap between the case and the phone. SuperExpansive crap, and I saw a few others talking about this problem.

Well, you didn't answer any of the questions I had pertaining to these cases. You didn't talk about the pathfinder's new sides....they look more textured than last year. You didn't showcase whether the magnet cases had enough shielding so the S-Pen would operate correctly...you just took the marketing at it's word. You didn't show if the magnets in the Monarch Pro were strong enough to hold it tightly/securely to the magnet accessory. People that are considering this case will NEED to know whether it will securely stick to a car mount. The Monarch Pro Magsafe for iPhone was extremely weak! I think you might want to redo this video when you get your phone in, and some actual Magsafe products (mounts, charger, etc..) to test the case's strength.

Why is every case unboxing talking about using it on last year's phone why the hell would you use this case and not the 22U case designed for the phone if you've yet to buy a case. And who the heck is spending $1200 on a phone and worried about a $40 case are people actually asking that/are people actually that dumb?
