Bro I ordered from Samsung shop app and it’s been 6days now , my order is only confirmed till now They haven’t packed or shipped and the delivery date is 7sept. And the customer support tells to wait In how many days you had received your tablet

@@animeshgautam3112 Bro, i got the package in one day after ordered. My observation whatever the date they mentioned they will deliver on excat date.

@@kumaresancreationin just one day, My order is still not packed , I feels like I got scammed 1week already passed now And when I tell customer care to refund my money. They are saying that they will deduct 999rs for cancellation whereas they didn’t even pack or ship I don’t know what to do now

@@animeshgautam3112 Bro, Don't worry, If you ordered from the official site/App. Whatever the deleviry date they mentioned on when you placed an order. you will receive the product on exact date. Be patience. I got it in one day beacause, The delivery date will deffer based on your location and availability. The free cancelation only available for few hours or day after you placed an order. not more than that, thats why they are charging fee i think, not sure.
