I called and the guy that I spoke to was stupid. I’m sorry but really dumb. He’s the same dumb dumb who when I told him my animatronic wasn’t working he wanted to send me a piece and I asked him. Why couldn’t he just replace it I don’t know how to fix it so I told him he was useless and then I’ll just wait for the store to open because I actually know the owner of Spirit and I’ll just exchange it there and I’ll buy what I need to buy off of the computer there I get the 40% discount. When I called and asked him, can he do the employee discount he was like yeah you can. I said OK well it’s not letting me do it on the phone or the computer I was like can you help me and he told me no he was like you need to use a regular laptop or a desk computer to try to do it. It doesn’t let you do it on the site. I don’t understand what he didn’t understand and it really frustrates me because I literally have to wait for today to go to the store. I know they’re setting up Hoping the computers are already up and running but I hate to bother them when they’re setting up the store and ask if something could be done for me because I couldn’t get help to customer service. I’m not better than nobody I don’t like to try to make myself look like oh I’m better than you I can go run to this person and have it done but I do want them to know what type of person they have working in customer service and I have the arguing messages from month with me in this particular person back-and-forth back-and-forth and he’s the same person I spoke to on the phone so spirit is a small corporation. Yes they’re big but they do not have a lot of tax and customer service you will end up speaking to the same person here and there over and over again but thank you for letting me know. I thought maybe you knew a way that I could do it online. I’m not messing with chat I’m older than you. Sorry like my kids say I’m old I don’t understand how to do certain things online, so I’ll just go down in person and I’ll take the animatronic and I know they’ll take it back and they’ll let me exchange it for something else or the same thing and they’ll give me the help that I need. I like your videos they’re amazing.
