my box came completely ripped at the side but at least the pins only damaged the dvd envelope

My box was totally ripped on 2 corners as well but luckily the contents were okay. I know they said it could be replaced but I got it shipped to the UK via Delivered Korea as Weverse won't ship merch direct to the UK and the hassle, plus the cost, of shipping the thing back just wasn't worth it.

no forreal the pin damage is so sad 😭 but yeah seventeen literally release so much stuff it gives me whiplash
