It’s a pity that almost all reviews are about the M3 Max because the reviewers tend to review the models they want/can afford. Most people probably would prefer reviews about the M3 Pro because that’s what they can afford usually.
That’s what they received from Apple, noone received M3 Pro, so these you can start seeing from tomorrow when people actually buy these themselves. But it is interesting that apple only sent out Max, probably like seen on early benchmarks because there is not much difference compared to the M2 Pro
Not really. He saw it in person and was very disappointed with it and cancelled his order. That laptop ain't space black, it's deep grey. The razer laptops, that's black. Apple did a good job in the trailer, to make it look so black but it's not even as black as the space black iPhones. He's skipping a second macbook in a row and that's fine. The m1 max is a couple of years ahead of its time and very future proof. He might even skip it next year
5 min difference may not seem that crazy but like for me when im on a deadline and im reuploading and doing 10-20 revisions of a video and trying to get it finalized for a deadline, Its VERY good to have that extra time. Also that 7mins flat to 12 mins flat could ALSO be in After Effects like 45mins to 1 hour and 30 mins difference.
Yeah, it's actually insane how good laptops are now, who would've imagined 10 years ago to be able to edit 8k footage with multiple monitors on a laptop and it still be smooth
I am getting that Space Black. It's very sleek and sexy looking. It basically made the Space Gray look silver, and the silver look white😂. I'll be picking up my Space Black ASAP!😍🥰🖤
@@christophershaffer8242 I ended up upgrading.. but the 2013 retina display was still giving me solid 2 - 2.5 hours of battery life on a single charge.
I would say wait for m4. The way even you were unsure about the upgrade at first impressions. We'll wait for the in-depth review to see if there's much point in upgrading from m1
I would say wait for M5 somewhere mid-2026, it's going to be so much better.... If you're gonna wait for the next best thing, you're never going to buy anything. That's just how it goes with tech.
4-5 years for a laptop is a short amount of time. I remember how computers and laptops would last up to 10+ years. Yeah software updates are an issue but the less tech waste is worth the waiting out. Also buying a new phone every year is incredibly wasteful unless you know the phone will be recycled properly. This avenue needs development...

As a mere office minion I'm happy rocking my 2019 intel 16 in MBP. But man are these machines exciting. I hope by the time I need a new computer we'll be at the M5 or M6 models already.
I looks like the iPhone 5 Black, when they got aluminum on the back of the phone, but it wasn't totally black. I liked it, in my opinion that's the best black color they have.
still rocking the intel MacBook pro 2018 13" with bootcamp when they first switched from dual to quad core processors. I may buy this one next year summer almost fully spec out but with 2tb of storage
I'm going from the base M2 MBA to a M3 MBP with 18gb ram and a tb SSD. I want the bigger ssd, more ram and better screen. Going to pick it up in person.... Now what to do with the MBA??? Time for family hand me downs lol!

Okay so I have a base M1 MacBook Air. I'm looking to upgrade to the M3 Pro MacBook Pro 14 inch Space Black for a few reasons. One,music production.If I want to do anything in Garage Band on My Air it lags without anything else open for some reason and I want to record things like vocally in college so more ram would be nice. Secondly,the reason I want the M3 Pro instead of the regular M3 it's because more ram, better performance, more IO and Display support and realistically, I want the new space black MacBook Pro. I also want the better webcam, that HDMI 2.1 Port alongside a slightly larger form factor and the starting config compare to the M3 is better cause you get 10 more gigs of ram, two displays, an extra thunderbolt port and compare to my current Air,more ports and more power and I think its a great upgrade from the M1 I had for almost 2 years.
Apples computers are the best on the market in terms of how long they last. Lenovo used to make them last forever too. Now most are just cutting costs. I think the max price is worth it. My mom still uses her max spec Macbook pro and she bought it 9 years ago and I've switched 3 windows computers since. A friend of mine used a 2006ish macbook pro in college until she graduated in 2018. I'll be trying to buy one of these at the end of next year since I work with software.
Wow I like apple products but I can only sit back and watch you guys do unboxing and be wishing I be able to afford them and do my own unboxing for the very first time in my life 😊
I Currently own a Macbook Pro 13 inch 2020 (4 ports) i5 16gb and 512gb storage.. Since the newest version of MacOs its getting sluggish with starting up and doing my work/tasks. Ive been waiting on this release but i just don't know which is best for me. I do really enjoy using 2 external displays for work to allow me to mulitask during work. I did hear in the video only the m3 pro allows for dual external displays. I would still like your opinions on if i should upgrade from my current macbook/if its worth. if so which model i should do with. Looking forward to reading your opinions, thank you in advance.
The M3 pro MacBook is gonna be a huge difference if not astronomically better than the I5 MacBook Pro you should definitely get it if ur one is getting sluggish
Yes they have been back for a couple of years, but if you have not already upgraded you are the target customer for this. I am going from the 2020 M1 MBP to the 16 inch M3 Pro MBP. I am excited about it. My main reason for upgrade was a need for more than 8GB ram/256 GB hard drive. I opted for 32gb and 2tb on this. Not making the mistake this time. Hopefully I can make it a few more years this time.
