It's a little difficult finding the right spot (the fleshy part below the thumb for me) but when you do it has a nice effect. Looking forward to using at bedtime. The instructions should give more info.

Dude you used it and managed to get a reasonably good sleep. Test and bring back what you think and the effects of the device. It really makes you sleep, it doesn't get in the way when you go to work the next day. Making you miss work. Congratulations on the channel, good product presentation.
I have used Chill Pill for approx 4-6 weeks. It's great. I bought it because I only sleep a few hours then awake for several hours. This means I need to take several naps during the day because I never get full rest. After a few weeks, I was going to describe my experience to my sister in law because she, too, has some difficulty sleeping. As I thought about how I would explain my experience to my SIL, I realized I wasn't waking up after a few hours of sleep. I was sleeping for 6-7 hours! I didn't need the Chill Pill to put me back to sleep because I was staying asleep!! Also I am more productive during the day because I am getting better rest at night. I bought two of them because I was going to share one with SIL - she is going to have to get her own.
I struggle with neuropathy (numbness & pain) in my hands at night. I’ve been using a tens unit for relief, but this sounds like a much better option. Thank you for your clear and honest review.
I’m sure tens will be a lot more “stronger” vs this pill since size and power is much smaller. If tens is working for you, I think that’s the option to stay with. Again this pill will provide a small “shock”.

I'm sorry you're experience hasn't be positive, maybe moisturize your hand a few minutes before using this? You know how if you're looking at your palm there is usually lines forming a "M", I would have that "metal ball" be tucked inside that place.
Surely you don’t hold it all night???? How would you. Your hand would relax once asleep and would lose your grip. I presume you just use prior to going to bed. If anyone has the answers I’d love to know. Thank you
Device itself shuts down after 5 minutes. Try a little moisturizer on your hand holding this. Also give it a full charge too. I've recently got a bigger "competition" of this and will try and get unboxing video of it ASAP.
I am trying this device.. Still undecided. It does something, so I will keep with it. Slightly different suggestion, try paul mckenna I can make you sleep.. I have suffered insomnia for years.. His mp3 actually works for me
To be honest, every body reacts differently- amz has a great return policy so I would test different options to see if any results. Try it maybe 3-4 nights. All these are assist not silver bullets. Personally I use long 2-5hr RU-vid videos, dim screen or off.
It’s hard to say. I find it not as useful, but I’m the type of guy that doesn’t like massages. I know that doesn’t related but what I’m trying to say it everyone one is really different, so reactions to certain things varies. I personally think it doesn’t work-but my advice is if you’re having issues sleeping, I would get this and try it out. Amazon was a relax return policy so try it for that week and return if it wasn’t useful. I find myself thinking too much about it when holding while trying to sleep haha.
I’m sorry this hasn’t worked for you. It’s not 100% for everyone since everybody is different. Just return and maybe try the bigger one. Or this type of device just not compatible with you.
I tried it once, it wasn’t my type of thing. It’ll keep sending “light shocks” through your hand haha. My wife is trying it now, she has sleeping issues so we shall see.
