Thank you for such a great review of the Empire bag. I also have a sales associate that I work very closely with here in New Jersey. I recommend that you put this bag in the mail. Send it back to Coach and have them send you a brand new bag. This is a $700 bag that obviously did not live up to his expectation and quality. I recommend you do not hold onto this bag, but exchange it. It will only take about a week for you to get your new bag. Once they receive the tracking number from UPS they will immediately send out your new bag.

Girlie your energy is unmatched in this unboxings. You need to unboxings more often ( just for us!!! So put on the hat and shirt for us, lol). I love the mushy, soft, squishiness of the empire. It is beautiful . And I’m not much of the bag charm trend but the one you chose along with the rainbow leather strap looks beautiful. Imma play the waiting game and see if more colors and sale comes. I’m dying for that bag. It is so stunning! I have always collected brands like Hermes, Loewe etc… lately it’s Coach that is taking all my money! I love that you got the charm❤I gave up on LV, the last 2 bags I bought didn’t last, one went back twice for the same repair, then the 3rd time they gave me a store credit and took the bag back. I then purchased an OTG tote and it had issues , I haven’t had any issues with the Coach items I’ve recently purchased, and the pricing is so great!

I have a lot of coach bags and I've only ever had a quality issue with one bag with the zipper as well. I was lucky to be able to take it back to the store, they apologized profusely and gave me a brand new bag to replace it. I have always had really good customer service from Coach and I hope you are able to get your zipper pull fixed. I bought the Empire 40 in Merlot. It's so nice. Great video.

Oh my goodness, you are so refreshing! Despite the disappointing zipper, I needed this laugh and fun unboxing. Coach has me eyeing the website (more than usual). I have loved so many handbags from Coach lately that my wish list is growing instead of decreasing. I am still determining what I want next. I love that Empire. I am not far from retiring, so I am trying hard to be sensible about what handbags will work for me during my new season. I am considering selling most of my totes, narrowing them down to just 3, and then adding that Crosby Backback, the Empire, and Brooklyn. 🤔Please ignore the fact that I failed to mention I just bought on impulse the grey blue rogue 30 that showed up on Coach's reserve website two days ago and was gone within a couple of hours.
