So happy for you, I love seeing others get so excited over art supply's, you have been so lucky, obviously very good over 2016 to get such an awesome present. I have the 120 set of Polychromos but I think there must be something really special about getting the beautiful box set, I've always loved the look of Faber Castells boxes. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year to you.

This is really great!You can be very happy! I used the Faber-Castell Polychromos since my school time. I got a great present in August,the Polychromos 120 !But your box is amazing!I am very satisfied with my birthday present, and Faber -Castell is a very old company with wonderful products!

I'd like a nice milled aluminum box instead of wood, personally. Cardboard and stamped aluminum is kinda cheap for what it is, and "hardwood" is ok. Looks nice n fancy. I'd just get nervous messing up the finish. And when everything fits so nice and neat, I'd probably never use any of it just so it stays new.

Like lol I got one of these when I was a kid, like the plastic one that we all had- and I never used it! I was so bent on keeping everything perfect that I just recently, 19 years after getting it, started using it.

Tommy Ohlrich I understand that, I have the 120 polychromos woodset and for me it is really hard to use. you don't want to sharpen the pencils bc the set won't be perfect anymore

you know that next month the Faber-Castell sets and all will be coming in our country for the first time in quite a long while so watching this video made me a whole lot more excited to buy them and spend my money on them, but I guess I'll go with just the pencils' set just to save money, although they didn't say how much it costs yet. The first pastels you showed at around 6:30 are conté if i'm not mistaken. Because why would those colours not be with the other ones? Conté is definitely not the same as pastels.
