Great review showing all the features and an honest opinion when a setting didn't do squat. I'm not so sure I'm sold on version 7.0 though, kind of similar to 5.3 with a couple tweaks.
i just got this leopard 7.0 and i thought you were gonna explain how these modes were different, but I was saying the same thing "I can't tell the difference"
Het Stanlley, messing around with this TK 7.0, I have LED's in both ports L9 (2nd machine gun flashing light) and L10 (Independant control multiple tank LED lights)... the polarity is correct. No matter what I do on the transmitter, changing machine gun sounds, etc. neither LED will light up. Have you by chance been able to get any of these 2 ports to work?
I got this tank bought from new,,All works as it should but transmitter red light keeps flashing,,Ive changed the batteries a few times but no luck keeps it blinking,Any ideas thanks

Is it possible to swap the throttle stick with the turret rotation stick? I feel like the overall driving experience would feel counterintuitive with the throttle on the right lol
hi! welcome to the channel. yes for metal roadwheels, as the extra weight makes your tank move more realistically and stops the bouncing around like a toy. all the tanks are metal barrels actually, and many have plastic outer sleeves for the details.
@@StanlleyLegion thank you I’m starting to collect heng long RC tanks as I love tanks the next one I’m getting is a Pro full metal T90 or maybe a full metal Leopard I can’t decide. One more question does your website sell the anti slip washers for the rear sprocket wheels as my challenger 2 tracks keep slipping I have a m1a2 Abrams and it runs perfectly the tracks never come off as that one has the anti slips
do all of them come with that dump BB gun? I'd rather have a barrel Recoil and muzzle fire LED also what differs Heng Long/amwei/torro/taigen are they all the same plastics and electrics? I know that the taigen/torro has a full metal lower hull and suspension, but are teh gear boxes and motors the same I'm floating around I'd like the Torro kit but I don't know what's the essentials are, cost vise the torro/taigen 650 to 200 heng long/amwei.
now sure what's Amwei. Heng Long vs Torro/Taigen uses very different plastics and electronices. Taigen/Torro has more detail, but HL is more accessible to everyone. All HL comes with the BB gun, yes.
@@StanlleyLegion don't really know either what Amwei is found it at ebay but has to be from HL because it says electronics tk. v.7.0 btw. do you have a side by side comparrison video of the stock tanks with explaination?
@@dark_one1337 could be OEM for UK market only. no- but the new HL v6.0 and v7.0 are way better than Torro/Taigen v3 boards in terms of control and function
Because the sprockets of each tank is different and hence the mesh of the tracks are different. Also the roadwheels will not fit the guide horns' alignment
Yes, HL tanks out of the factory have a limited 320 turret ring for safety. You probably bought from a dealer who has his stock modified to his specifications.
Hello Stanley. I know you have a lot more experience than I am, but turning the turret with your hand is not the best idea. There is a reason why the clutch resists a lot ... This way I damaged the clutch in my son's Leopard 2 turret drive. As a result, the engine could no longer rotate it. In my opinion, HL placed the switch in a terrible place with difficult access (under the tower) ...
@@StanlleyLegion You're right. You can do this several times, after which a small clutch element breaks and the entire turret rotation drive module needs to be replaced. Perhaps that is what HL is all about - to buy a new turret drive every few weeks?

Dalam manual pn xda bg tau masalah macam tu..sya cuba cri dlm google pn xda masalah mcm tu..tanya official heng long dorng ckp itu masalah rare,biasa kalo masalah cm tu,tank x berfungsi..tp sya punya tank ok,cuma controller sja bkin hal..
I like my 6.0 version better and word to the wise. If you upgrade to metal wheels, sprockets and idler make sure you upgrade to the red motors. The stock motors are garbage.
Dear Stanley, Why have you music edited onto this video.? Sir, you don't need music to inform, the subject is all you need. If I want to hear music, I won't listen to you. Om a lighter note, my Leopard v6 servo's and ESC's are cheap due to the noise in operation, which is why the sound module on the lowest setting is far too lound. All I want is a low rumble from the engine and a high speed elec. motor from the turret/gun/ Take care Stanley.
