People are going nuts with the gear now in days- it’s more about the gear then the music, materialism at its finest

don't put it at the end of your drive chain, put it at the beginning. As it reacts much like a fuzz face it wants to see your pickups as close to the front as possible - this will increase guitar/pedal interaction with volume pot roll off.

Great advice. I did a little testing with it a/bing early and late and by itself it does react better early in the signal but what this does to other drive pedals after them is absolutely amazing so it’s definitely versatile in both positions.

Fun fact of the day. Although called a treble booster, the circuit actually accentuates the lows and the highs 😮

That is because treble booster originates as a marketing term. Even the original Dallas Rangemaster accentuates the high mids rather than treble frequencies.
