I love your Maison d’ Hermine tablecloth and napkins. I have then too. A smaller tablecloth for my kitchen nook. Your table is styled so nicely. The Villeroy and Boch looks wonderful on the red placemats. Nice closing❤❤
Omg the colors are amazing that you put together I love the black plate and the vintage rooster table cloth!! Need to know were you got that table cloth from ❤ the plates almost remind me of kid’s nails scratching the school chalkboard lol 😆😂 colors beautiful but not loving the rough porcelain sound when cutting food lol! But that’s just me lol
Hey Misty, when you use this set do you notice if the bottom of your flatware specifically your spoons get scratched up? There was a video on RU-vid of someone demonstrating there a microscopic metal fragments left into the serveware. I'm considering buying this set but I'm still on the fence. Thanks for your time!
It is very abrasive.I did notice scratches on the Lenox flatware. Silver not as much. I am thinking about investing in wooden flatware for this set. I think it would work on the abrasive porcelain and look incredible!
You don't rub flatware against porcelain/stoneware. And why should you do that ? Well some people like to scrape every last bit of their food of their plate. Never do it and you don't have to do that. Very soon after you have eaten you should rinse your dishes and use spong to wipe of them left over food. Use little detergant and rinse liquid in your dishwasher and your tableware should last a long time. If it gets marks you can use a little bit of CIF cleaning cream and rub it with a soft spong
