My DAD passed away last Jan. He was a WWII hero and Pearl Harbor Surviver. He was 97 years young. He was my best friend and the best father in the world. This reminds me of the kind of thing he would have done for me. I'm a big, big Wizard of Oz fan, and love Judy Garland. I'm so touched watching this amazing interaction between Dad and son. It's one of the sweetest, kindess, most beautiful moments I have ever seen. The joy on the boy's face and the gentle, careing mannor in whitch the box is opened, and the "shoes" handled, brought tears to my eyes, missing my Dad. Thank you so much for the way you made this boy's dreams come true. It wasn't a foot ball, or a base ball glove, it was the Ruby Slippers, from one of the gratest motion pictures ever made. What a great and amazing Dad. Thank you. I wish every Dad knew how important "non- judging" actions are for children. Wow! I'm so impressed. Great job!
I'm guessing dad is The Wizard of Oz fan. But it's so nice watching the kids big smile as dad took the shoes out nice to see that a classic film mssterpiece is being passed on to Young Generation
Are these going into good care as a very huge wizard of Oz fan I would hate to see a replica go into waste and not on a display or shrine being cleaned regi
Well he said that they made them exactly like the real shoe. White pumps covered in sequins so probably but the real question would be Why? Why would you wear a $300 pair of handmade sequin shoes? An attempt ruining them ruining them they really are for display
