I think 'Longing' is more comparable to 'The Choice'. I think this song is more like a variation of All Gone (No Escape). Nevertheless, all those pieces are beautiful and Gustavo Santaolalla is a musical genius.

Густаво конечно гениально сочетает музыку и то что мы видим на экране,этот трек мы первым слушаем в игре,музыка двигается одновременно с нашими эмоциями!Мы ждали 7 лет игру и теперь видим её готовую да ещё и с Джоэлом(да я знаю что с ним потом случиться :с)!Этот момент в самом начале,когда играется До мажор с басом,просто не описать как было радостно. Побольше бы людей как вы которые делают аранжировки на Густаво Сантаолалью(This is Russian language)

Gustavo, of course, brilliantly combines music and what we see on the screen, we listen to this track first in the game, the music moves simultaneously with our emotions! We waited 7 years for the game and now we see it ready, and even with Joel (yes, I know what happened to him then it will happen: c)! This moment at the very beginning, when playing C major with bass, simply cannot be described as joyful. More people like you who make arrangements for Gustavo Santaolalho (This is Russian language)

@@ElChoyGX I would buy a cheap instrument (maybe buy a second hand one), but be sure that you change the strings and look for some videos where you can understand what is the "action" of a guitar. This is something very important because will make that the guitar is "easy to play" or not. Or just go to a guitar shop and be sure that they sell you a guitar that is easy to play. Then... Be patient and look for easy scores/tablatures, play slowly at the beginning and be sure that your posture is good. The best instruments are made by luthiers/guitar makers, and are hand made guitars. But they cost thousands of euros.
