He's right. My parents have 3 neighbors that own homes that are each over $15 million... They go to those homes MAYBE once a year. When one of the families first started coming to our annual neighborhood pool party's one of the daughters of those neighbors said she didn't even know they owned the house. For someone who has 100 million to spend on a single house you can actually build 1,000 homes ($100,00 each) for people who actually NEED a place to live. Or, build 2,000 $50k starter homes.
