Well i mean, Naughty Dog Game Engine was always upgraded with every single new big release of theirs. You might not believe it, but Uncharted 4's engine is the same one as the original 2013 The Last Of Us's had, just overhauled drastically. Those advancements they made with Uncharted 4 made their way into The Last Of Us Part II which has a slightly upgraded Naughty Dog Game Engine, and the same happened again for Part 1 and most likely for the cancelled Factions game.

There's 5 games in the series with the first coming out in 2007 i believe. It's an action-packed treasure hunting series The first 4 games feature nathan drake on his adventures. The last game, uncharted: lost legacy does not contain nathan though. The games are really good but I have to warn you there are some supernatural elements in the first 3 games. Also if you decide to play them just know that the first game has aged terribly and is kinda clunky but the series gets better once you play uncharted 2. My favorite was 2 yet I think 4 is the better game. 3 had the best combat mechanics though

Treasure hunter Nathan Drake and his adventures. Pretty much Tomb Raider with a guy instead of a girl. I totally recommend it!
