Uncharted introduces audiences to street-smart Nathan Drake (Tom Holland) and showcases his first treasure-hunting adventure with wisecracking partner Victor “Sully” Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg). Just watched the Movie. I am a big fan of the Franchise. I had low expectations just because it’s hard to make games into movies. It’s not easy to translate. I loved the movie. I was hoping for more Easter Eggs but they did manage to get some pretty good ones in there. To keep this short I will just say I hope the next movie continues to find ways to keep things heavily influenced by the games core tone. I also loved the action sequences! Very exciting. The cast was great! Loved the chemistry between Mark and Tom. They were incredibly great and funny. Let’s get this next movie started! Time to rewatch it again! Can’t wait to be able to buy the movie as well! I’m all in! Let’s go!

Actors need to serve the film, not the other way around; they should be picked based upon their ability to fill the role accurately, not because they’re trending at the time of filming. Tom is a solid actor, but woefully miscast. They’re simply not portraying the correct character. That’s not to say it won’t be a decent flicker, but the ‘Uncharted’ angle is utterly bizarre.

Only the second half is true. This is a young Nathan. Not the Nathan in his 30s we know. Him meeting Sully should’ve been kind of a giveaway of Fillion being like two or three decades too old for this movie. And I mean we’ve seen young Nate in the games. Tom looks good for that.

Saw this movie for the first time ever this past weekend! Never played the games so I know absolutely nothing about them, lol. So all I can say is... I loved it! Great action scenes, great chemistry between the actors and there characters. Loved Mark's performance but that's just me cause I'm a huge fan! Loved the visuals, the story, in all honesty I'm also waiting on the sequel and I'm really looking forward to it! This was another perfect addition in my "Gamerverse", movies about video games...

Back in the day when David O’Russell was attached to an Uncharted movie Wahlberg was attached to be Drake. His comments on the movie’s story make me think he either knew nothing about the series or there were so many changes it would have been disaster (something about Robert DeNiro playing his father and Joe Pesci playing his uncle).

The Uncharted movie was so good! Captured the spirit of the games perfectly, Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg nailed their roles as Nate and Sully. A real fun feel good adventure, excited for the sequel 😊😊😊😊

He didn‘t even have star power. The times where actors can push the box office are over. All these marvel actors have propably the most well known actor faces in the world. And yet they bomb at the box office, if its not marvel.

you clearly have no idea what an uncharted movie is about. I bet you didnt even know that there was a supposed to be a movie 5 years ago, but it got scrapped. The writers had to ge tthrown out. Nathan Fillion was an amateur, please respect a professional attempt at this genre of film and series.

Actually... based on the horrible casting choices (I love the cast; just not for these parts), I really expected to hate this... but this trailer intrigues me.
