The way they prepare and cook everything makes so much sense. .they get to be close to their fresh ingredients in their gardens, and trees, enjoy being outside with fresh air and sunshine, wash all their food, and clean hands and dishes as they go along, using the gray water to water their plants along the way. If water spills or drains from the baskets it all eventually goes right back into the garden...and I'll bet their house stays nice and clean..plus its like a day at a park with your children, except they are learning many valuable skills...

This beef marrow bone my mother in law use to make it during the cold weather and monsoon . All the kids use to have a mug full of soup the bone was cut into small pieces. Put in the cooker. With veggies too in a different way. I use to not have . I have mutton soup (goat). I make it my grandmother and grand aunt style. My whole family loves it. These small chillies are very pungent . We don't eat pungent food . Food varies from person to person.
