The original name is ngau si tart and only later on people call it UFO to beaufy the name. The original shop that invented this was called Vui Yan (會源) Coffee Shop.

uncle in sri petaling have malay guy selling claypot but he speak fluent cantonese, would be fun if u visit that store 🤪🤪🤪 i think its called ahmad ,,,,,,,,,

Hahaha.. this is the one that stirred up some debate many months ago.. seller claim that he does not use rice wine but netizens apparently spotted Chinese rice wine bottles in older posts… don’t know but if claypot rice does not have Chinese rice wine, the soul is missing. 🤣 Seller claim to be halal though .. and if don’t have Chinese sausage also tak boleh la! worldofbuzz.com/viral-halal-claypot-chicken-rice-in-sri-petaling-uses-rice-wine-in-cooking-jakim-responds/
