Seun, I agree that journalism and journalists have helped in destroying Nigeria. However, it is shocking that you picked on Arise TV and Abati as the face of criticism. We have TVC and Channels TV as the most terrible media houses in Nigeria. They are spokespersons for the government rather than media platforms. Arise has done far better than you gave them credit here. Abati too has done a lot for Nigeria in disseminating information and shaping consciousness of the people. Abati started at an early age with his “People’s Parliament” show to discuss topical issues in Nigeria with young people. I am therefore, at a loss as to why Arise and Abati became the focus on media fuck up in Nigeria. It begs the question: what is your agenda here in seeking to discredit Arise and Abati when you have TVC and Channel?
