Same here. And I'm Asia Asian. We eat rice everyday, breakfast lunch and dinner. She still uses the rice cooker she got as a wedding gift and it's been 30+ years of marriage.

Gluten is such a fake allergy. Less than 1% of the population has it but so many people say they have it then proceed to eat in a restaurant that has gluten. If you truly have a gluten allergy, you couldn't eat in a restaurant with it as it's airborne
