I think I am always in the mood for a steaming bowl of soup, tender, savory beef, and hand-pulled noodles. I am salivating as I write this. I heard this place offers dumplings and other dishes, but I can only speak for the spicy beef noodle soup. The broth was full of flavor and the slices of beef were tender. The noodles possessed that desired bouncy, a second past al dente texture. It was fun to see the chef pull the noodles as well!
The place is small and busy, but my friends and I were lucky to come at a time where we were seated and served right away. It was an extra pleasant experience as the staff was welcoming and thanked us for our business, while I received a delicious meal at a low cost.
