Hadn’t realised that it was such a dangerous activity. We tend to forget that you are all in the wild with all the native species about. It was very informative about the snakes, give us more respect for what you do to keep us audience entertained. Thank you.
My heart breaks for that precious dog. It was so desperate for affection and attention. Did you get the chain off its neck? I would have had to take it with me, even if it belonged to someone they couldn’t have cared about it, not with the chain being too tight on its neck.
The way that dog crawled to you, total submission…. I thought it was one of yours. Very heartless to leave it there…. I noticed a lot of traffic on the last few video locations location you were at. Lol…near the end I was too busy with both hands blocking the screen to tap FF! SSSSSo mean of you! 😵💫 🤣 👋🏻
Another good one❤️ I’m glad you are snake aware. I saw in quite a few videos you say there are worms. They look like snakes and slither like snakes but are about 10-13”. I googled it😂 could they be the Oklahoma worm snake? I really do worry when you are pulling out sticks. Take care❤️
do you get stiletto snakes by you as they are like worms but there fangs can Peirce you skin as they are positioned sidewards ,so when grabbed by the head ,they go side to side and in venom ate you .
The dog would be a great unclogging companion for you guys. It would be so loyal, and protective of you both... they never forget when they are rescued. Plus dogs are great at sniffing out and alerting to snakes. I worry about you girls being out in the boonies alone, she'd be a great addition... If I lived even remotely close, I would take her in a second. Old tender-hearted granny from N. GA foothills, Mimi
We are tender hearted also, we hate to see dogs being dropped off like that. The creek by our house has had 8 dogs dropped off in the last 2 months. So we do what we can and make sure the animal control knows about them.
You doing a Job, I would like. Always in Nature. Do something meaningful that helps People. I don´t have a Problem to getting wet, but would fear dangerous animals like rattlesnakes. I wish we had such a Job here in my town in germany. Nice greating from good old Bavaria. 🙋♂
Thank you Jen and Kim for helping the friendly dog.Thank you for educating us about snakes I didn't know how they even looked. I appreciate you all. Sincerely Ameenah
If I had enough land I’d take in unwanted animals, I much prefer animals to humans. I’d save an animal’s life over a human’s without thinking twice and I’d want my animals lives to be saved over mine.
That poor dog. I'll never understand how people can treat an animal that way. And I wouldn't want to get close enough to a dark colored snake out your way to figure out if it was venomous or not either. Snakes are cool in my book. Doesn't mean they all make great pets lol
Not much. We have a pound but this area is out of city limits so they won’t do anything about it. There is an ark but they won’t take them for months usually and if the dog has any sort of disease are other animals could get it. We have a couple of rescue groups for the county on Facebook so we will share to that and hope someone has room.
Here’s the thing. We gave the dog food. We took off the horrible chain. Our county is rife with this problem because other people are not responsible enough to get their animals spayed and neutered. All of our current animals are rescues. If we took home every dog we found abandoned we would have 30 dogs, I am not exaggerating. We did the best we could under the circumstances and did what we could to help it find a home. Our area does not have the resources that other parts of the country have. Sorry if this offends you but it was what we could do.
Good evening I was watching the unclogging coverts cool low water bridges whirlpools it was posted on 5/10 of 23 I was watching it on the TV did you guys ever think of Mark in the road where the coverts were the intake and output with just some spray paint maybe that would help you guys find them Love watching your shows and my mother does too she's now on hospice but she likes listening to you on the TV take care and be safe
Yes someone else has suggested we use spray paint to mark the culverts, it’s a good idea but we haven’t started doing it yet. I’m glad you and your mom like our channel 😊
Thanks for rescuing the gorgeous dog. I hope she went to a great home. You all need to carry a machete or weed eater to clear a path when you are out doing this. You know we all worry about you 2 and are probably tired of hearing it. I don't want you to kill the snakes because as you have previously stated that is there home but if you should happen to have one come at you the machete would come in handy. The weed eater would scare them away when you started it up. Just trying to look out for you. Don't mean to be a worry wort!
We have one poisonous snake in Ontario. The Massassauga Rattle Snake. They are not abundant, but they are there. I have camped where they are indigenous, up around Parry Sound, and have never seen one. You’re absolutely right to be cautious, no one would like to see either of you bitten. I’m watching this on September 7th. Great video, thanks. 😎🇨🇦😎
Its hard to believe you flood that much where your at.I just found your channel I like how you are on scene when you start filming and not watch you drive for an hour to get there like post 10. Jim's wood shop.
We need some “mom” bloopers and saying! Hitting the sign and when she thought she had a snake on her back when you lightly brushed her with a stick., just to name a few. 😂😂😂. I love when she gets water in her boots! Too much fun!
