Could you talk about: THE GARNETS: - Hessonite - Pyrope - Demantoid QUARTZES: - Lace amethyst - Crazy Lace agate - Blue lace agate - Angel aura quartz - Carnelian - Flint - Chert UNCORRUPTED GEMS: - Orange Spodumene (Worm monster) MORE HOMEWORLD GEMS: - The other jades - Emerald - The pebbles MENTIONED GEMS: - Morganite (by rhodonite) - Mica (by yellow Diamond) - Pyrite (by blue diamond) - Citrine (by yellow Diamond) (Like or comment if you want them to talk about any of these gems)
My head-canon has always been that the more powerful a fusion is, the more "monstrous" they look. So I never interpreted Malachite's appearance as a reflection of their toxicity, but as a sign of just how powerful Jasper and Lapis are when they join forces (and as individuals as well).
We need a part 2 of this with: Orange Spodumene, Crazy Lace Agate, Angel Aura Quartz, Blue Lace Agate, Lace Amethyst, Heaven Beetle, Earth Beetle, and the other Nephrites. Its ok if you make into 3 parts!
Watermelon tourmaline has since (not sure how long before or after this video) been confirmed to be a fusion. Her different colored pupils are individual gemstones with the same cut.
She prolly had. Her job at the Homeworld was also as cutter. Also, besides the horns and new colour patterns, no gem seemed to develop any kind of new limb.
Wouldn't Bixbite be a former high ranking gem? Since they belong in the beryl family which consist of Aquamarine, Emerald, and Morganite which are gems with high statuses.
the funny thing is, when she is saying " The jury is out on if any of these jaspers have eyeballs", the scene they play shows one with her eye moved to her fingertip in the group shot
I still think that crazy lace agate would be really interesting as she is one gem that is in nearly every episode of future and one of the only canon fusion gems who we don’t know the gems who make her
Rachel likes Gacha Life yes it is Steven literally mentions it after yellow diamond left to go do something in the episode legs from here to home world it’s at the end of the sauna scene and I misspelled citrine
You ever wonder if Pink Dimond was a part of that curupting blast it would've killed them all instead of curupting them?🤔 Am I the only one who thinks so? Edit: also, whose to say that all four OG the Dimonds didn't already use it on a different civilization? Why there's so many empty plants for the Gems to take over? If there are a "Gem like race" what else could there be? Who else could there be? Who would've been there if it weren't for the Dimonds??? Maybe I'm just thinking too deeply...
I'm really glad you guys always condemn all that pseudo-scientific, rock-healing hoohaa that hokey spiritualists always rave about. The cultural history of gems is interesting, but shouldn't be taken without an enormous gem of salt.
Kris Carr I do, but everyone has their own opinions! Thank you for being seemingly indifferent about it in every episode! I really appreciate it as a crystal witch!
Bixbite ad Orange Spodumene are my FAVORITE uncorrupted gems, aside from Nephrite of course. Fun fact: Watermelon Tourmaline's differently colored pupils are apparently her gems.
Some ppl think watermelon tourmaline is a fusion because in the end of an era book it says pupil gems, but only one of her pupils is actually the gem and the other is a fake
Fun fact about biggs jasper is that in some countries, including Poland, they are more commonly known as landscape jaspers and the name "biggs" isn't really well known here. they are quite popular around here, as a gem collector i visit a lot of gem faires and search for specialised stores and Im yet to find one that doesn't have at least some capacity of this gem, either as a painting looking tablet or just some small tumblered pieces
My favorite uncorrupted gem is Bixbite, I like how she still has a crab pincer after being uncorrupted. Plus she's really freaking cute(too bad she never got any SPOKEN dialogue!!!)
3:48 Hey look, they DO have eyes, they're just covered by the gem's hair, neat!! (that also explains the reason why one of Jasper's eyes were on their finger)
I think Serpentines are hunter gems with gorgon like appearances with the ability to shoot petrifying beams from their eyes. They would also say every word with a s in it with a hiss.
Take a shot everytime she says Jasper if you're underage take a shot of juice By the end of the video you'll either die from alcohol poisoning or diabetes
7:08 i see watermelon tormaline, but i don't see his gem. but watermelon tormaline looks like a watermelon pufferfish. but she has 4 arms, and he look like a watermelon pufferfish.
So this is just my theory but you said maybe the centaur thing could be just masters mark on a fusion (Mark ex. Pearl: 360 movement, Amethyst: personality disorder...) but I think that your right in which centaur = toxic fusion, bluebird azurite is proof
9:17 pause immediately... what can you find..? Pink Diamonds gem, the bubble around her gem seems white, which looks like pearl bubbled her, look, i’ve been theorizing about her death for a really long time, I’ll tell y’all soon uwu
I think watermelon torlmine is a forced fusion by design you see while the to gems were being made in the ground the fused so the were forced to fuse that’s why the gem looks like it two gems but the gem is not damaged it make sense why it looks like a fusion but has one gem when poofed
Zebra jasper (the fusion) is a centaur with 6 legs Malachite has 4 legs And while not centaur like, bluebird has 4 legs as well It really seems like an indicator of unstable relationships is more legs.... Except fluorite... Sure she talks slow, but whe can at least speak at all, obsidian, witch is one gem short of fluorite, can only yell and growl, so I'd say fluorite is very stable, and an exception to the leg rule
Idk if I should be happy or scared because another Steven Universe Symbolism Video is out but I told myself if the next vid is about the other corrupted gems then I might be psychic 😰
