I have this refrig for 7 years i have change fan , thermo, still build up after hot blower to clean build up, iam in the conclusion that it could be the defrost heater , but dont find them , anybody found parts

You can pull the bottom drawer out and see if you have water at the bottom of the freezer. If you do have water that would indicate your drain line is clogged. If not that would indicate your fan is probably defective. Hope this helps!

After testing the fan found out it still works, any idea what can be the problem?
