Great Edward and thank you for the fruitful insights of the video. Lack of PM culture may also be linked to the organization culture. I believe that organization culture should be inspected, and issues attached to it should be addressed before running any mission-critical or strategic project. Bad organization cultures are exemplified in poor decision making, poor leadership, carelessness, lack of accountability, sticking to the old status quo, lack of governance and good management practices, etc.

I 100% agree, people who manage project most times not ready for the job, and they should get training , read book on agile and project management, i do on constant base, on weekends like reading one or two books about stuff which is not my hardskill.
