Baz stop worrying about the dji footage mate, we are all here for the journey doesn't matter how you fetch it to us. We all have a life outside of work that should always come first. You and the director are doing great keep at it.
Absolutely understand your frustration with machines not being looked after. I'm responsible for over 45 Machines at our factory as a Machine Technician and its very frustrating when machines break down because of lack of Maintainance/care
No mate I enjoy all your video’s. I worked as a tower crane technician for 32 years in the states and we had an old man that had a 500’ x 1000’ warehouse full of older machining mills and lathes and he was of tremendous value to us he could make almost anything for us, so your Indian father is a gold mine for you mates. I also worked with two English and on Scottish tower crane technicians that came over to the states learned a lot from all three. Great job mate love your attitude.
Hats off, no pun intended, for inspiring a new generation of tradesmen, and good luck to Luke. Weird to see people you know, but don't know, head off and be missed.
Interesting how "slang" around the world is different, took me a while to twig to what you meant by greedy boards on the truck. We call them hungry boards here in Australia.
Great content Baz but out of curiosity does it ever quit raining over there. Well at least you guys don't have to worry about drought conditions like here in South Texas
Another busy week with Baz and the boys!! Some cracking work there on the big shutters cal has smashed them. Don’t worry about the dji Baz. You could record on a Nokia 3210 and we would all still watch.. sorry to see Luke going cracking lad and he will be missed
Another great video Baz, I can understand Luke going back to a forage harverter, it's like a magnet once you have done it, it's hard to keep away from it, it will kep drawing you back, Best of luck Luke,
Things looking bright for the warm weather seems to be on its way and all the crushers being out of the yard if the volvos are holding water drill and put a plug in so as to check and as always great content looking forward to two a week Director and Baz you ain't just a boss your a gentelman as well .
Another great video - thanks. Just a small point, time lapse is fine by me but could you make it a bit slower? I'm interested to learn about welding and fabbing but it's quite difficult to see what is being done when it goes so fast. Would half current speed be possible?
The DJI is spot on Baz. Great chronicle, shame about Luke, him and Cal seem a good combo. Decent way to finish and how it should be. Maximum respect to you Baz. Also, will we ever see Foxy on camera or maybe even his chopper?🤣
Great video Baz. Those crushers are quite a machine. I reckon they need a professional operator just like any other piece of plant. I don't think you lads will ever run out of work. Straightening those shutter section was impressive.
Cracking episode, especially the horses, what a laugh. Been subscribed since day one, ex welder/mechanic, I’d apply for a job in a heartbeat but at 72 probably a bit past it, lol……
Great episode Baz , don't worry about DJI we watch the episodes what ever😎, Good luck Luke, been a great park of WF Also looking forward to the Watching , WF and D&J Projects working together 👋.
Baz, forget about the dji, it works great and we here for you and the content anyway whatever the camera. Your knowledge and all the cool stuff you get up to makes the channel and the production values are already better than most! Thanks for sharing.
Great episode guys. Good luck to Luke. Loved the sketch with the horses 😂. You could be right about the water settling in that spot BAZ. Upright exhausts used to have lids which opened and closed with the exhaust gas pressure. Being closed when the engines off, stopping water ingress, or faced horizontally for sideways release. Could be a simple fix👍. Any collaboration with D&J or others will be good, as the one with the Struggler was. As you say there is enough work for everyone, small or large businesses so highlighting each other’s services is always good. Plus there’s usually a few laughs to be had👍🏴🇺🇸
Hi Baz and Director another great chapter, looks good using the DJI gives the director time to edit and do other things in his life. It's a shame that Luke is leaving but if his hearts in Agriculture then thats what he needs to do. It's been great to see him graft for you good luck for the future lets hope we see you on a forage harvester with him. The volvo exhaust need a rain flap of a 90deg bend to stop the rain ingress. As alaways stay safe and crack on lad to the next one.
Been cutting trees down for a month in my garden and then started cutting down a 60m hedge 2 or 3 weeks at it i am shattered. I am a bricklayer its much easier that this pulling ivey and replanting. Amyway happy easter to everyone hope its a good break and i get finished soon.
Baz, what a fantastic episode this was, from sharing the exact same sentiments regarding anything you use and treating it as your own… Your dji ❤is on point… And seeing Luke leaving for the agg, is wounding… To then see you offer the best compliment possible, for there to always be a place for him shows what a good man you are and I wish Luke every opportunity going forward and that you baz continue being the best mentor and teacher I have ever witnessed in my lifetime ❤❤❤
Morning baz and team. Any footage is better than no footage at all. All good content whoever is recording it. Small update I should be back out grafting soon. Thanks for keeping me entertained. It's appreciated !!
Hi from Australia mate..loving your videos..I've always been taught that if you look after your equipment it will look after you...and always to respect other people's gear...
I am fairly new to this channel. What I have noticed so far is that you guys do get a lot of rain there. You always seem to be walking around in mud. I live in Canada, we still have snow but spring is almost here. Hope it dries up for you guys. Cheers from 🇨🇦
Good Day Lads, fell asleep before I could watch last night,,,,, wishing you all a wonderful Easter Weekend.....Paul in Orlando, Florida, Your Team is so Great..........Amazing what they accomplish, just goes to show, when the Boss is a WelderFabber, everyone becomes a WelderFabber of High Quality.........
Hi Baz/Director Another great episode guys Isn't it a great shame when employee's don't look after equipment in the correct way as when it is it saves money, time and also the equipment lasts longer, great camera work bag, all the best to Director and the move Kind regards guys look forward to the next one ❤
When you heat the steel to strengthen pour cold water on you’ll actually see it come back straight use this method every day to strengthen props when they’ve been welded
Hi Baz, the director and team 👍🏻 *Firstly good luck Luke in your next chapter mate 👍🏻👍🏻 you'll be missed on the channel and for your hard work on the team 😉. Great when you leave and boss leaves the door open for you to come back!* 🙏🙏🙏🙏 The cash and horses 🐎 thing made me laugh!! I thought it was going to be "profound" about how animals aren't driven by money and as long as they are warm, fed and cared for ....😂😂😂 I totally get what you mean Baz about caring for things. Large or small ....it's a use , break and throw away ethos now. The ones who do care are the ones that pay, are solely accountable or rely on it to make their jobs easier. If you got the lads to spend the hours the machine was down to do it by hand 😂😂 and I bet you'd find the keeping the machine running is top priority. Like third party damage ....charge for it and it's amazing how many call for a banks man before moving things! 🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈 *Happy belated birthday "Oliver and James"* 🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈 See you on the next one 🦉🦉Happy Easter Everyone who watches and reads the comments 🐰🐰🐰🐰🐰 Gary 👍🏻
Morning crew, I’m happy with a mix of director and dji, great splash of comedy with the money mad mare haha. I also get affected with unnecessary abuse of plant and was once told by the owner it’s because I have morals, integrity and honour in my dna. Would the old style pipe topper that lift’s when running help stopping water getting in the Volvo exhaust’s. The old boys called them tea pot topper’s lol. And all the best Luke definitely has farming in the blood so totally understandable you follow ya passion and credit to Baz for understanding and still giving him due credit most bosses don’t. ✌️
