I wouldn't recommend to any foreign investor to invest in Canadian natural resources. It's a rigged game. Your money will be tied up or disappear down the regulatory gopher hole, then get eaten by the badger thieves. I personally tell my foreign contacts to not invest here as government doesn't follow through with policy requests. They will take your money, but good luck getting any back. A few large players left are running the show behind the scenes. And if your not part of the closed loop club. Good luck.
