@@cloud-fg5cb could be 5g a day of creatine and consistent workouts. At his experience and fitness level he might have just finally decided to jump off the skinny climber train and allow his body to pack on muscle. Not necessarily PEDs.
Not to take away from his truly incredible performance - but I feel like Jimmy didn’t really get the start right, especially when compared to Daniel’s. Am I Crazy here?
@@Lenniiii I think Jimmy gets both his hands on the start and pulls up with control until both his feet are off the ground before he goes to the next hold, based on the frame-by-frame. It looks like he's just going fast, although I can see the argument you're making, and I thought maybe his start was too dynamic as well, but that's why I went back to look at it.
Completely different beta. Jimmy had a more technical footwork approach which took a lot of stress off his arms . Daniel just fought that thing out the power way
Yeah, Jimmy, those V16s get harder and harder the older you get. I only recognized Daniel 'cause of the tats, otherwise I would have put him down as just another crusher. Good job to both!
Anyone know why Daniel Woods uses an Oracle on one foot and a Phantom on the other? Also can Evolv please start making the Oracle again? It fit my foot like a glove
Is this an official climb? I am new and all, but was told same rules apply no matter the grade. I was always told you cant reach into a chalk bag on the ground. Is this not a dab?
So I've only been climbing since about 2013, in that time Daniel has always been someone I've admired for his abilities and just pure raw strength. In my opinion, in this video. I can't pull up or imagine an image of him that he looked as massive as he does here..? Open to opinions. Maybe it's just me but I don't care. Thank you Daniel for giving this old man a little more hope once again ( I'm only 37, not really that old. Just feel it from life choices). I do have a question though for all +Daniel and all master crusher. Do any of yall or anyone for that matter reading this feel like they've seen/experienced/pasted there max? From what I think of my self plus what I've watched yall achieve for 10+years, I think not.
Awesome sends. Jimmy Webb basically sitting on the rock at 4:09. His shirt is dragging along the rock in the seconds beforehand. Not much space for a big guy.
treat yourselves and put ur phones vertical and watch again. looks like they doing an epic climb put of an abyss. really cool both ways, my man Woods be beefy AF
In truth they aren’t very good for climbing. Once you get that right level of strength vs weight you can do more damage with bulking and actually hurt your climbing. The main benefit would just be the added energy/ stamina and that shit would not be worth the cost/adverse effects.
