Sheriff T.K.: "What JSO Officer Cecil Grant wrote in report didn’t match what bodycam captured" When asked why the officer would falsify an arrest report, Sheriff T.K. Waters responded back at a news conference in January, “Apparently, he didn’t want to tell the truth.” (Punishment for the lying police officer) Court records show that Grant’s case was sent into a pretrial diversion. Grant successfully completed the program, and the official misconduct charge was dropped on March 27 2023.
@montarakid1943 Everything the police had to do to prove they did nothing wrong took them away from other crimes, and cost them the time it took to investigate her allegations to get to the truth! What she did was a real crime!
BLM demanded police wear body cams to prove racism ran rampant through police. Once body cam footage started showing the majority of the complaints to be false they started claiming body cams invaded privacy. I remember as a kid, I wrapped a towel on a injury I had on my knee very tight to stop the bleeding and ER nurse cussed me out cause I had no blood flow to the rest of my leg to the foot. and then her demands to wait for her family to arrive at the scene, lawd have mercy on her and her family. She told that cause they had warned her for doing her own wrap. The EMT’s concern for how long it had been applied because she refused them to touch her before her family got there.
I sincerely hope and pray that the police department files charges against this girl. We MUST stop allowing liars to get away with their lies that they tell to try and accomplish an agenda, regardless as to what that agenda is. @@stevewayne3676 she was still in car at start of body cam..noone even mentioned drug, alcohol tests (which she would have to be out of car to do and which they don't do when injured because can take blood at hospital if they were suspicious). EMS was not the ones telling cops they needed to hurry and take her, cops were telling her she needed to go and she was the one preventing them. from doing so. Did you see her put a tourniquet on her leg....no? Hmm..me either. All those witnesses. Cops just trying to keep people safe out of traffic.

They never did any intox tests even at hospital because even in written report (which was done that day) noone thought any evidence of that. She wasn't near death bleeding out putting on a tourniquet and EMS clearly was with her when cop walked up trying to get her to get out of car and she herself was saying she wasn't going to do that without her mom. Idk about you, but I didn't see anyone in a police uniform blocking EMS..just her stopping them from taking her. All those witnesses and not one reported any ill treatment by the police..nor accusing her of anything other than hitting the wall for unknown reason. I'm sure the rest of the body cam videos are part of the report but at a press conference they aren't going to show the entire hours length of it.
