Well as a person who read the manga to the latest chapter, he's basically what you call "undead", he cannot die. Even if you destroy all of his body including brain, he just only need a longer time to heal, which also his second weakness and i think is kinda similar to water bear, but Andy is beyond imo. I dont want to spoil how he'll die in later of the story but keep in mind with that, this even includes with some sort of god powers stuff going on. If you wanted to know clearly, you must read the manga. Beside, that's also what i truly recommended you guys 😅

I love how andy has just this singular pose where hes like "SEE LOOK WHAT I CAN DO!" then he shoots his foot off and then grows another one back🤣🤣🤣 And then is like "BEHOLD MY HEALING FACTOR!"
