What makes me love undead unluck so much, is the fact that not only is the power system one of the most unique in shones period, its the fact that the characters actually like eachother. There's no character thats like: "OHHH YOU B-B-BAKA HOW DARE YOU LOOK AT ME WHILE IM NAKED!!!!!" and then proceeds to beat the fuck out of the MC like she's OJ. The characters in undead unluck are written like people with real thoughts and emotions and reasons for why they do what they do. Every character has something more to them than whats on the surface. Characters I thought I wouldnt like, I ended up loving. It subverts every cliché and expectation you might have about a generic shonen. Its in my top 3 shonens now, and maybe thats a crazy thing to say but I dont care. I fucking love undead unluck
