Undefeated 100oz Chislic Meat Challenge in South Dakota!! 

A&Z #984 - Randy Santel vs Urban Chislic's "Gorilla Dumpster" Undefeated 100oz Chislic Meat Challenge at Urban Chislic in Sioux Falls, South Dakota!! A few weeks after finishing my Florida Tour with ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬, I started a Midwest USA Food Challenge Tour. For event #13, I traveled to Sioux Falls, South Dakota so I could take on the undefeated "Gorilla Dumpster" Undefeated 100oz Chislic Meat Challenge at Urban Chislic. Chislic basically is fried cubed meat and really delicious, a South Dakota specialty food. I had 1 hour to finish four big portions of different chislic meats from the menu, just weighing under 1lb each - lamb, beef, pork, and chicken. I also had to finish double orders of fried cheese curds, kettle chips, and French fries. I got to enjoy 8 of their tasty sauces along the way, chosen from a big list of available options. I was trying to win my $75 chislic meal free plus a sweet t-shirt & hat along with the first name and photo posted up on Urban Chislic's Wall of Fame. BIG thanks to owners Hong, Eric, and Chad, plus everyone else with Urban Chislic in Sioux Falls, South Dakota for the wonderful food, drinks, and hospitality!! Urban Chislic's "Gorilla Dumpster" Undefeated 100oz Chislic Challenge in Sioux Falls, SD ($75):
- Chislic (or sometimes chislick) is a dish consisting of skewered cubes of red meat, traditionally mutton or lamb, although game meats such as venison and even beef steak can be used. Most commonly associated with the state of South Dakota, chislic was declared the official state "nosh" in March 2018.
- Urban Chislic has been serving the Sioux Falls, South Dakota community for a few years now.
- For this "Gorilla Dumpster" Chislic Challenge, brave challengers have 1 hour to finish everything.
- There are four portions just under 1lb each of lamb, beef, pork, and chicken chislic meat cubes.
- Urban Chislic offers lots of different sauces and dry rubs, and you can pick 8 of them to enjoy.
- There are double portions of fried cheese curds, kettle chips, and fries with the chislic meat.
- The beer in this video was optional by Fernson Brewing Company, located in Sioux Falls, SD.
- Winners earn the $75 chislic meal free plus a sweet t-shirt, hat, and a spot on the Wall of Fame.
