Yeah I would love to follow Joel around to all his food stops and bet everyone in the audience who has no idea who he is that he’s going to complete the challenge. I’ve only seen him “lose” once or twice in 4 years following.
The crowd sounded like it was the first time they were able to go out on their own and they also got drunk and high for their first time ever. They really tested my patience, I can only imagine how Joel was feeling.
Joel is such a gentleman. There were a few guys in the crowd that were obviously irritating, and he handled it so well. Those hot dogs looked really good! Good job Joel!
I’ve watched Joel long enough to know he has a specific way he gets through a challenge (some people, earplugs, he talks when he’s ready to, etc) - he doesn’t like people on his every move calling out. I can tell right off he’s not happy with this but making the best out of it. Joel is so professional in every way! Love watching- he pushes through circumstances and continues the show/challenge. ‘Way to go Joel’!
The dude that kept on saying "come on Joel" kind of got a little annoying. Seemed like he said it every minute or less. lol - But good job dominating the challenge. 💪🏻
The ‘crowd’ trying to be playful yet really annoyed the situation (which seemed like their intended goal). It wasn’t to the point of ruining the audio however did come close at times. Joel maintained himself and sets the bar high in his professional approach. Way to go Joel!
Really? I didn’t think the crowd was that bad. Joel is a competitive eater not a food critic. A competitive eater will never be taken seriously as a food critic - so do one or the other. 😂😂. Who cares if something has a cinnamon taste when your shoving 15 hot dogs down your throat in less than 30 min. 😂😂😂
That's how I felt, I would've been excited watching some dude I've never seen crush a challenge. It's how I am at the gym, the people in the comment section just don't have the patience of random people supporting you.
Joel you did a great job with a crowd of irritating human beings. Thumbs up to you. You managed to ignore them and still continue to do a great video. Keep up the good work.
It’s nice to see they didn’t go crazy with extra toppings. I hate when restaurants try to sabotage you with the extras. You’re always so calm and happy. Very fun to watch 😊
Great win Joel. Those hot dogs looked delicious with unique toppings. That crowd was annoying at times, but you got through it and completed the challenge with a new winning time, congrats.
If anyone knows Joel,he isn't there to make a record. He likes to enjoy himself and still beat it in record time.I love how he tells you what flavors he is tasting.Thats why he is my favorite 😊
I literally went and fix me a few hot dogs and ate them with you and I also tried to mix up a few like what you had in the video everything came out delicious thanks for sharing
Joel, I realize this post is somewhat after your actual visit. But I hope you really enjoyed your visit to my home state of Florida. Hot dogs are not really what our state is known for, (seafood is our main thang!) But I'm glad, as I've invited you before, that you made it down to the great USA peninsula state of FL. We love you and all your Canadian visitors! Please keep coming back!
Great job Joel they look delicious love to try the nacho one. I’m sorry they got a bit loud at times. You crushed it you rock my friend. Sorry you had layovers on your flight
You are definitely the man! I have been watching your videos for quite awhile now and you are amazing by the quantity of food you are able to consume. I would like to do a competitive eating challenge but, would not know how to train for it!
The crowd - How many hotdogs do you want? Joel - Yes. I have seen variant comments in this matter on different subjects on da net. Greatly done by Mr Hansen. The hotdogs looked yummiiee!
Tried a Chicago dog last year on my first trip to Chicago. Was glad to try it, but the classic chili, cheese dog is my fav. On the BBQ sauce, I’m from Texas and prefer a vinegar base more tangy sauce. Mom makes the best! A generational recipe.
I know you have the disclaimer at the start of all these...this one imma have to try and do my best to listen....love me some dogs man...those all look delicious! A Chicago Dog has to be my fave. But man!!!! The pulled pork one sounds epic! And Carolina Gold has got to be the best Sauce ever...Dukes makes an amazing version
Not really crazy about hot dogs, BUT when Joel started to eat and describe how delicious they were I could taste those right slong with him. No body doubed you doing this challenge. IF ANYBODY can do it... Joel Hansen is the man. Now I MUST have a hot dog before the day is over. Great, GREAT job Joel. Your the absolute best on the scene today. Love you and your videos..
Hi Joel It would be cool to have a little window in the corner so the audience can see the people you are looking at. You have an amazing skill. Thanks
Calling them glizzys was a black people from the hood thing then somehow it made its way to mainstream usage through the internet like most black people hood slang lolz
