You can tell by the look on her face the moment it begins to feel overwhelming to her. There was so much there with just the meat, I didn’t realize at the beginning of the video all the rice that was there also. At first I thought oh, you only have X# of pieces left you can do this…then all of that rice creeped into view and I thought 🙏🥺 and you could feel the shift!!! As ALWAYS, Valiant effort Raina!!!
When I saw the bowl come out, I knew this was going to be a really hard one. There was a lot of chewing, fried food, and a lot of breading. It wasn’t a thin coat of breading by the looks of the pieces you held up either. There was also a lot more rice in the bowl than I thought there was goin to be. This was carb overload ! You are still a winner for getting all that down. I think the time limit was too low in my opinion. All that is gong to dump a lot of sugar into your system from all those carbs. Beautiful as always !
As soon as I saw the rice peeking out from under the meat I was like...where did that come from? 😁 Just didn't expect it but then more and more rice shows up and knew right there this is not enough time. But you tried and ate more than I ever could.
I love how he explained what the sauces were and also that he made sure to keep the tartar sauce coming. He's very helpful and looks really happy to serve her. Great video and great service at this restaurant.

Valiant effort my friend. 7 lbs is A LOT of food. Especially carb-heavy food. I don't blame you for stopping. I wouldn't have finished either. You'll kill it on the next one!!!
I’m definitely going to look for this particular food because it looked super yummy 🤤 You always know where to find good eats 💯🔥I knew after 20 minutes the carb overload was going to rear it’s nasty head but you still ate an impressive amount and I still love the content❤️🤘🏻

Awesome job Raina. I didnt realise there was rice involved until about half way thru the challenge. I was full after about 2 mins to be honest. Way to go to reach that far!!

You are one classy looking lady Raina, with your nice outfit and tan, on that golden background. Who would have thought you were coming in to defeat that large meat and rice challenge. You can fool so many people with your size and the way you can eat. That much meat alone should have been enough for a 35 minute time limit. You gave it your best. I could see how full you were getting, but you still managed to take in some more rice. Great try girl!!! It is hard to win them all, especially with that much food and so little time. You are still our champion!

We have beautiful export quality steaks and all the ingredients too make this gyukatsu at home. I’m confident I can recreate this recipe. That’s gonna have mango pie for desert. That’s a lot of rice. tartar sauce is so easy to make too .... its just mayo and relish for a basic ... I like adding some nice dijon honey mustard too it ... equal parts mayo and relish with a lil dab of mustard and it is excellent ... shrimp sauce ... is also easy ... ketchup and dry prepared horseradish with some finely diced garlic and poof instant shrimp sauce ... . after those basic setups add spices as desired for flavour changes and away you go ... some fine chopped green onion or chives also goes well with tartar sauce
Joel did this same challenge a year ago and he completed it within 24mins, the exact same challenge with the same 2lb of rice, raina you start of too fast, learn to pace yourself, instead of thinking, I want to finish this way under the time limit, it doesn't always work out that way.

I really felt bad for you. I hate that feeling of being full and it makes me feel sick to keep eating although I have always been a person that eats everything on my plate. You are such a beautiful young lady and I wanted to help you or just say don’t force yourself. 😊
