Restricted comments!! BUT not now...YES NATE, YOU'RE CRAZY!! That's why I LIKE you!! LOVE the BIG Mac!! We're you really INVERTED when you deployed landing gear?!? Abby, your head must be on swivel, GREAT job!! Thanks Saylors for the FUNNEST part of my day!! 💟👍😘
Lol yeah, we accidentally bumped “turn comments off” when we released this video. Oops!! I realized after about 20 minutes when no comments had been posted, something had to be up! Anyways, this was a lot of fun and I’m really happy knowing we got to help brighten someone else’s day 😁👍😎⚓️
A paint scheme like this is especially good for a trainer. Warbirds were painted in colors a lot of times to help them disappear into the sky. Love your piloting skills, Nate! 😎
I think it looks cool Nate just wish I could fly... But I can't 😉 not watched you guys for a while I just forget but somehow always find my way back👍 always make me smile you two what you have together is very special please never lose that guys. Much love💓 hope you've been well and life is good🍀🍀🍀
Yeah, the silver can be hard to see on cloudy days but I can see with the yellow it would be a great visual in the air. But T-28 is my favorite so maybe biased.
I actually have that airplane on my wish list. That looks really cool on the ground and in the air. Enjoy your videos. Wow! So many planes from eflight that are awesome!
This plane really is awesome! Not sure if you caught it or not, but this plane is not an Eflite plane. Just wanted to make sure you weren’t looking in the wrong place if you decided to pick one up! Happy Flying 👍😁😎⚓️
@@TheRcSaylors You bet Nate, we do it all the time with zero problems. I'd say the Trojan is their 2nd best warbird, the Bearcat is my favorite. Unfortunately 30004S can't fit in the Mustang. Arrows has the best customer service in the hobby, Dan is the man.
Fun flight, guys, and I love my Arrows T-28, too, but fully half the video was Nate talking. I'd rather see him put another battery through it and talk while he's flying
Nate is the front nose gear on this T-28 more substantial than the E-flite 28 ?. Landing on grass is tough on My 28 s front gear , It is not strong enough , Love your channel . Abbey is great with a camera.
Being a warbird, in the McDonald's air force, it would be called the McChicken, or perhaps "The Nugget." Honestly, The Golden Nugget is a great name for this plane. Having one of these would be awesome.
We are actually hoping for another boat week fairly soon. Weather and scheduling have given us some challenges to making it happen. Thanks for watching!! 👍😁😎⚓️
The look is definitely an acquired taste but it is very visible. It's cool that it is actually a scale paint job. To me seeing the plane is more important than scale color schemes. So my Navy blue warbirds will sport some fluorescent orange wing hilights.
Probably the same, but for a beginner the EFlite might be better because it comes as a BNF rather than PNP like this one. In other words easier setup for someone with little experience
@@TheRcSaylors the trojan is one of my favourite prop planes to fly after the dynam Waco. And to be honest, that paint scheme always remains me of "the yellow submarine" now Ronald has given me another reason to love it. Excellent choice of pilot name, I do the same for my pilots and my EDF's they get a name too 😁
Did you have the CoG where the manual says ? The manual shows 45 to 50mm back from where the wing meets the fuselage which is 5mm in front of where the servo wires are slotted into the wing. That looks very far forward to me. Knowing where you had the CoG positioned would give me more confidence before making my maiden flight.
TBH I never really give much thought to the CoG on planes. I know that sounds wild, but on most planes it’s not that important. 😬 Now please don’t take what I’m saying too literally, because it does matter a lot on some planes. With flight stabilization etc, you really don’t have as much to worry about 👍😁⚓️
Would you suggest buying this instead of the Eflite T28 Trojan 1.2m BNF? This plane would cost much less than the Eflite and still come with functional retracts and flaps! :) I already have a Spektrum receiver so I can program it to have the Sam SAFE features as the Eflite Trojan. It’s a win win isn’t it?
If this plane catches your eye more, then go for it! Really, this one comes down to personal preference. Ultimately, yes this plane is a good bit cheaper than many alternatives out there. Keep in mind this flies on 3S, while it’s still more than powerful enough, I believe the Eflite version is now 4S capable. Pros and cons to each, but if budget is your main priority here, I think you’ll be Very Happy with the Arrows version. Whichever one you decide to go with, please consider purchasing it through our provided links, and Do follow up after a few flights with your thoughts!! 👍😁😎⚓️
I've never had a plane.this may be the one!?...love your channel. Have you ever heard of banana hobbie?.I'm looking for a 1st plane, I've seen them out there.thoughts?
That bird doesn't like your plane :) . One thing I notice with many model fliers is snapping on the flaps at full speed. You would not do this with a real plane as it could break your flaps. All aircraft have a white section on the airspeed indicator that tells you when it is safe to put in flaps. Normal operations are to pull back the throttle and trim up the elevator to maintain level flight until airspeed is into the white section, then you put in the first notch of flaps. The second and third etc. come as you turn base and final. I know that on a model it's not so important and the risk of breaking your flaps is minimal, but if you follow that procedure you won't have to fiddle with the mix to prevent the plane from ballooning when you add flaps. Maybe you could mix the throttle with the elevator so that when you lower the throttle the elevator trims up a little. That would be more scale. I don't have a reliable computer transmitter to try it.
@@TheRcSaylors damn it. I was hoping that would make you laugh. Don’t get upset. I’m the biggest clown on RU-vid & possibly the world 😂. Plus You was flying that plane like you’ve had it for ages 👍🏻
Crackerjack flying as Usual Nate ol boy. Crackerjack with the prize inside videoing as Usual Abby ol girl. Were those teeth 😁marks on the wing of your flying burger 🍔🍔 Nate.😁😁😁. Good day to fly 🍔🍔🍔🍔. ⚓⚓👍💛💜💚👍😁🍔🍔🍔😁👍.
We literally just did a speed run on the new Losi Mud Slinger, and have plans to do more ground vehicles very soon. Not sure why you’d threaten an “unsubscribe” to a channel that literally makes content for free, but OK! You know there are hundreds of car videos on our channel, right!? Lol… I guess I’ll never understand people. Ten years almost of doing this, and there’s always gotta be some people that put more effort in Trying to bring other people down over building them up. I sincerely hope you can find peace in your heart and learn how to treat others. You will get so much further in life. Until then, I wish you the best. ❤️✝️⚓️
