levi yuko and alexa in their villain arc also context! so basically the reason why rei didnt get “hypnotized” is because since levi (guy with purple hair and pure red eyes) is a vampire and so is rei and also because levi turned him into a vampire. only levi who is the main singer can hypnotize people, but to hypnotise a larger group or a crowd, yuko (the guy playing the keytar *piano + guitar* to the left) and alexa (girl plsying the drums to the right) play along with him. for yuko and alexa, they don’t have the same eye colour as they normally do. yuko usually has a navy blue eye colour whilst alexa has a light blue colour. but since they’re performing to hypnotize people, their eye colour changes. yuko’s eye colour changes to the same eye colour as the one behind his eyepatch which is teal. alexa’s eye colour changes from plain light blue to lightblue with a hint of red. but, levi’s eye colour stays the same. also, they’re not all bad. they actually save people. but they use the hypnotizing part to get energy from them. (they can still sing without the red jewels as well) the jewels are used for their power. they don’t need all the power so at some times they don’t hypnotize the people at their concert or only take a little bit of energy then stop. also they dont need the power because technically they’re not human (i forgot alexa’s horn and tails cause she’s unfinished) yuko is a bat dragon, levi’s a vampire and alexa’s a demon (most specifically “love” demon) the reason why rei (guy standing next to me the creator who is also hypnotized 🤡 in he first few frames) was a little scared and confused/worried is cause he never knew about levi’s band and hypnotizing so at first he thought they were villains/bad. he is also levi’s boyfriend ❤️
