I use Biotique’s lip lightening lip balm. I have been using it since 2021, and although it hasn’t lightened my lips, it is so so so nourishing. It has a cherry tint to it and can be used as a lip mask as well as a lip balm in the day too. It keeps my lips moisturised for more than 12 hours and it’s only for 175 rupees. The only con is that it comes in a tub and having to scoop up the balm by my nails/fingers seems annoying. But it’s a great lip balm, no other lip balm I have tried has worked like this.
