strangely nostalgic and kind of sad. reminds me of a living being, whether it be human or something else taking it's first steps in life. then later realizing how far it's come in life and a reminder that life will end someday and to be grateful for it's experiences.

Came from reddit. So beautiful. if played well, it's hard to find an instrument this won't sound good on, I swear. Harp looks crazy hard to master. Did you learn this by ear?

Thanks Laurier! I used some existing sheet music for reference to get the overall melody and harmony and then wrote out a harp arrangement from there

The new harp sounds awesome and it sounds like you're getting a lot out of it! I might be imagining it but the lower register sounds stronger than on your other harps - the notes really pop out but have a full-bodied tone. When it comes to instrument costs, I feel your pain. I play the tuba and it doesn't look like I'll be able to afford one of my own anytime soon :/
