@@EpikMunk if im not wrong there is a hadith in wich the Prophet says that the soul of a human is blow in the womb of the pregant women by an angel the 40day

@@kokksesos2699 "The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ - described ensoulment as taking place exactly after the 120th day as narrated from Ibn Mas`ud by al-Bukhari and Muslim in their Sahihs: "For every one of you, the components of his creation are gathered together in the mother's womb for a period of forty days. Then he will remain for two more periods of the same length, after which the angel is sent and insufflates the spirit into him."

@@EpikMunkthe wording of the hadeeth implies 40 days, not 120, but there is difference of opinion.

AOA Sir I'm diabatic my sugar level high and low I'm on high dose of insulin at night when I'm sleeping it suddenly low and in 106 day of pregnancy .and. My mother in law also v sick she has last stage cancer I have to take care of her too and My kids can I do abort or no plz let me know .

My name is rahmah Karim m 19 I got pregnant out v wedlock I wasn't ready n I was staying w m parents everything was so messed up m boyfriend went away immediately h had I was 🤰i thought I was 2months but wen I went to scan I was four ....he promised he'd marry m tho he's parents were against n h wasn't ready n any state....we were not portable together I suffered mental abuse w him...so I decided to abort coz there was no1 to help m family is against the idea v having kids b4 wedlock.....he,sez I will b judged so plzzzz tell m was I wrong to do wat I did.....assalam alaikum warahmatulah

I am nobody to judge, May Allah give you the strength to go through this hard time. I suggest you to pray to Allah for forgiveness and guidance to the right path. Indeed, Allah is the most forgiving, the most merciful.

Just ask Allah to forgive you and never do it again simple…you didn’t even have to tell us…Allah forgives all sins but as long as you recognize it as a sin and have shame for that mistake …make tauba and live your life🤷🏿‍♂️

How does this relate to women who were raped? Because the basis of this is on marriage and consent. But we all know that there are people out there who rape women. Pregnancy is different for all women because our bodies are all different. So some may know they are pregnant before 40 days and some may not know. Now if they came to the realization that they are pregnant from rape and non consensual sexual assault, what do those women do if they don’t want to keep the child?

Why would the child pay the price for someone else's crime/sin? Rape itself Is a disgusting sin and crime, but the child isn't responsible here. There's a lot of other cases where there is a life or mental health choice, And a life comes first.

Bodily autonomy is an absolute right. It is entirely women’s choice of what she should do with her body. Men who had impregnated women had no right to force women to carry Unwanted pregnancy to term.

Women have autonomy on their bodies,who is stoping them from that ?? she can go & kill herself by cutting her throat after giving birth to that innocent life & burn in hell happily.Point is,a baby is NOT PART OF HER BODY but is just IN HER BODY.....If that baby is her body part that means in case of baby boy she has a body part called penis.....lolz.......have some sense !

The diff b/w Islam and your point of view is that our ultimate concern is pleasing God and yours is pleasing the individual. It's a diff conception. We believe ours is the correct view.
