When I get my lazer treatments I have to shave, then they put numbing cream then lazer it with the machine. Something is wrong here. And its done by a dermatologist!

Is there a reason why they ask you to shave before you do any kind of laser treatment. What she just did was burn the surface hairs. The root is still very much intact. The skin however is completely damaged. This is not okay.

Hydranitis Suprativa (probably butchered the spelling)…but that’s what this looks like. It leaves open pores or track marks that fill with sebum and cause blackheads.

You've not even getting the comedones out. You're just pulling some off the top. Why even bother doing extractions after the laser? I know you see all the impacted hairs, but you don't get those either.
