That would be nice if Panera went out of business because some disabled person sued them for lots of money for discrimination for not hiring qualified disabled people because they found a great organization who care about us disabled people who were discriminated. I believe that someday they will hopefully go out of business and the employees will have to find new jobs. No sympathy. It’s not illegal for me to comment the truth.

Serously, Becky is the one with the attitude. Not just that but she both uses company credit personal use and leaves work early. She looks down on Jose like he is piece gum on her. Where David treated him with kindness and did not mind working late, so he could get head for kids .

I LOVE this!!! I had a similar person try to get me fired. I had several accommodation letters and I went to a friend, told him the situation, and she was fired. People like that can cause serious trouble within the workforce.😮

That second CEO really said that guy was the worst he’d seen, his company must be amazing omg. The guy was terrible, but like generic commonplace terrible, that’s awesome. These are obviously recreations or skits, but I know there are documented cases of real CEOs doing that.

My mom’s stepfather was Hispanic. He worked at a Cuban cigar factory. He had a comfortable retirement. He lived to be 93. Unfortunately, he wasn’t ready to go which makes it sadder. We miss him badly. My mom’s stepfather had many nice things written about him in his obituaries. It’s a lot of reading. My cousin was happy to see him after he got back from the war. I believe that I was in my late forties when he died. Then suddenly his died. She was nice. My biological grandmother died when she was 48. She was a nurse. That means she was highly intelligent, smart, and caring. I tried to get a job at a fast food restaurant, but I didn’t get it. They asked me if I am disabled and what the nature of my disability is.

People who treat the janitorial staff as if they are beneath them really enrages me. Especially with people like her who speaks down to them. We are all equal and deserve to be treated as such!!

i was a janitor at my first job. the children at the place always wanted me to give them life lessons. moat of those children were deemed troubled. but with my advice they were less troubled & never judged me for being a janitor

It’s a shocking revelation 😮😮 to have first hand eye 👁️ witnesses everywhere on the details relating to the company’s own staffs whom they hired from all walks of life. And what’s worst plenty of them involving both genders as they portray their true colours in front of their undercover bosses.

In my country it takes 5 mins to employ a person, and 9 months to sack them. Except in cases or violence, thief, racism, sexual harassment etc. In these cases an employer has the right to dismiss an employee immediately. However an employer has to have 100% proof. If an employer sacks a person without evidence then it’s the company and managers who end up in court. If an employee has been unfairly dismissed, they will receive a substantial payout. For poor work performance, employers have to provide in store staff training to ensure their employees get the best start.

don't EVER use the word NEVER when saying things won't happen, because that is a sure thing they will. couldn't any of these places had more than 2 employees to show positive sides and not have had to fire any of the employees? The boss in the computer thing showed a bit of heart by giving a warning to the guy.

Every one of these needs "... and please close the door". The aptly-named "Karen" asked about being on a show, and I was thinking "Apprentice" or "Life after Layoff ..." Coffee-shop manager with the "evil twin sister" excuse. The flight attendant was primo, very good job. Some of the characters are from "Millennials in the Workplace Training Video" a few years back.

I wouldn't get off early, number 1, number 2, I'd make my own food the night before and get it out in the morning, then number 3, I'd help the janitors by making their job easier by picking up trash, and bringing my own cleaning products. I'd also read the memo in the email.

All City's really need to do this to their employees even from the very top managers etc...to the bottom.But then they probably wouldn't have many city employees etc...to be able to run the city like it should if so.
