Driving with no taco card either..driving in outside lane of motorway..camera man illegally sitting on bunk no seatbelt recording while vehicle moving.
Well said and good man for pointing out the things the Garda are doing illegally. Unbelievable how it's 1 rule for the people and another rule for them
Nah they're probably in the back, they're doing taxi runs over the border.. they even make a pit stop at applegreen before castlebellingham to buy them their first free meal as a welcoming gift. Showers were already free..
Mr. Garda, you have violated at least two traffic laws: first, overtaking a vehicle with a truck on the motorway, which is illegal; and second, cruising in the right-hand lane (often mistakenly referred to as the 'fast lane') when the left lane is clear, which is also a traffic offense. Both of you should face consequences, including being dismissed from your duties, having your driver's license revoked, and facing public accountability.
@@camokoy To be fair they both wear seatbelts, but this is not the point, most drivers on Irish roads do not have culture of driving, no safe distance, no indication, blocking flow of traffic, no light on on rainy days, dirty fogged windscreens, blocking and ocupying OVERTAKING LINE, and many more... Speed limits are not adequate to accual road conditions and road class or category is used as a factor, Irish so called motorwas, in fact are cheapper version of express ways with 120 km/h limit, where road to be called as motorway require specific line width, 2 large hard shoulders on each side of carrigeway, minimum radius of a turn (bend), properly muld separating barrier to prevent lights binding of opposite traffic, smoother final surface to reduce friction and noise (fuel consumption and comfort of drive) all we get after 200 km jurney is headchache of the noise and stress being fined for 1% over rediculus speed limits. Speed is a factor but slower driver is more dangerous on the road than one who is fully concentrated and dedicated to task radher than sundey driver who cares about pleasure for himself causing traffic flow interruption and frustration to other drivers.
Why don't they use Garda motorbikes to detect people using phones when driving? I see a I'd say at least a dozen people a day texting and even looking at videos from my motorbike, the bike is higher so you can see into most cars, even Suv's.
Sneaks the same as the garda laying in wait out side the nct test centre in waterford waiting for Lerner drivers putting there cars through the test with no full drivers
They do everything every other country does..wasn’t too long ago the rsa were out in cherbourg pointing out certain irish trucks doing livestock to the french police..our own country men throwing their own under the bus..all about the revenue nowadays..
GDPR Regulations won't allow for that as far as I know. Could be wrong but I think that's why UK can get away with it as opposed to Ireland as GDPR only applies to Europe. Could be wrong, call me out if so.. on that note its not exactly a route that would be in anyone's best interest to start putting surveillance everywhere. UK is a mess with these types of surveillance systems particularly the facial recognition as they're only reliable a fraction of the time and many are being wrongfully accused and physically attacked by police before certainty of identity. Not exactly what you suggested but certainly opens the door for legislation to be followed up upon and as I'm sure your seeing in ireland they don't exactly have our best interests at heart!
Be some waffling out of ye in a courtroom if I pull out in front of one of these on the motorway and him doing over 90km. Nice wee claim there buddy! 👍
It's a pity they don't spend as much energy on catching actual criminals as they do lurking about lurking about in traffic wasting resources on what's effectively stealth taxation,,,how many crimes are commited on the roads??? ps...that's Crimes not Statutory offences which are civil not criminal something else the Garda choose to unlawfully ignore......
