She gives her client two secret messages in the food she delivers to his table… when she writes in ketchup on his omurice, it actually says “At 7” in English which refers to a direction (basically just behind him over his left shoulder, which he immediately checks through the window). Then as you saw she gives him the latte art pointing to the exit.

You can tell by the vertical orientation of the tail fin that it's a shark or fish tail. Whales and dolphins - marine mammals - have horizontally oriented fins. [Appended[ I believe you're thinking of pruning shears, which are almost certainly the inspiration for that weapon. (I'm less certain about Corin carrying a derivative of a rotary mop, because while that's what I immediately thought of I can't seem to find reference material closely matching the design of her circular saw.)
