It'll also be cool if someone made a serious cassette girl sprite or her slightly pissed or angry since I know there's like a lot of mods that make boyfriend mad or situations that shouldn't make a mad
I find it really cool you switched the cassette girl sprites whenever the stage changed, the visual aspect of these videos are just as important, and im glad they get the recognition they deserve! :)
Woo! That was awesome! Kind of found it funny her sprite didn't go all colorful in those parts and is just doing her own thing with her sprite change. Loved it.
@@cloudman1145 I feel like she should of done that on the second verse like how Julian changed his sprites second verse too. And stayed like that for the whole song
the duet parts sound so good!! love the fact that you made cg's sprite change every time the sprites would change to the neon color looking version :O looking forward to more covers from the whitty mod from you :D
This is so amazing. The only problem I can see, is that Julian normally matches GF's tempo after the first ballistic, and I was kinda looking forward to that 🤣
Remember when I said that your Troublemakers cover was my favorite? Scratch that, this is definitely my most favorite out of all of them (I'm biased about it cuz I love Underground)
Suggestion: I would love to hear the cover of CG singing Deep Breaths from DDLC mod, i think her vocals would fit Yuri's part amazingly (if that's even a word lol).
Yknow instead of having the reverse across the entire track, you can create a separate track with the cassette girl soundfont, then slice up the parts that should have reverbs and put the reverb on that track.
I love this mashup, though I also have some minor constructive criticism: 0:39 The player character's voice (BF's, originally) doesn't get deeper in this part in the original version, that happens a couple verses later. 0:54 This is the part where the player character's voice gets deeper in the original. CG's voice getting _higher_ is a little bit jarring.
I mean, CG could just be singing the song differently than boyfriend did. Underground is Julien’s song, so CG (and by extension, BF) are just singing along and following Juliens lead. It’s why most of BF/CG’s turns are just repeat notes of what Julien just sang. Maybe CG just decided to sing a verse low when BF sang it high. Thinking about it that way makes these covers more interesting.
Whitty lore: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-s23FhmfbIAQ.html Julian lore: as far as I know, Julian was originally created as a retelling on Whitty's story, but then became his own character. I don't remember if they know each other
