Should there be an anti-siphon (normally closed solenoid valve) immediately downstream of the STP since there appears to be downgraident piping on the dock? This is required by NFPA, IFC, and other codes. Also, wouldn't the line leak detector need to be taken out of the STP port and placed downstream of the normally closed solenoid valve in an approved tee connection? Red Jacket has a field service bulletin for this scenario.
