A lot of high end cars that weren't part of the meet in that parking garage. I am assuming that's a wealthier part of Tokyo to have that many high end cars parking there. To bad those kind of meets in the US are non existent other than specific events like Cars and Coffee or Weekend Car shows.

I was in Japan last year September. Unfortunately I had no idea how or where I could see any jdm meets etc. Was really sad about it. Have been a fan of jdm cars since being into cars (almost 5 years) the history and the vibes, story etc of these cars is just so beautiful. Wil be back in 2025 and hope to see some more of the car scene.

I was there. More amazing cars were waiting outside to get in- but the cops shut the entrance in response to some complaints. The problem in Japanese car culture now are mainly these two; loud revvings of a small group of dumb cars, and us foreigners forming crowds disrupting regular traffic- even within parking structures. Ppl don’t give way until cars come up inches to them- very slowly and respectfully. I only say us foreigners because living here for over 15yrs the Japanese are extremely respectful of the public and cannot say the same for the others.
