2:34 I'm pretty sure the knives aren't for protection, unfortunately. The narrator of the song says later in the song that her scars are multiplying and, a direct quote, "The number of my cuts have been increasing a lot. Today, tommorrow, I will just keep cutting. I am wrecked both physically and mentally," which you covered a bit later in the video. Other than that, I'm pretty sure everything else was spot on! The way you covered all the references at the very end was really cool, too. And since I'm already commenting, I just wanted to also say thanks for making these videos. They're really informative and also entertaining- I've already binge-watched a few since I found my first one like a half hour ago. They're nicely made and very thorough. In addition, you do well when covering darker topics too, because you're respectful but you don't quash the meanings of darker things, which can be a hard personality hard to find on RU-vid. These videos are amazing, so keep it up! One last thing, to answer the question at the end of the video (because why not,) my favorite TUYU/Pusu song would have to be If there was an Endpoint or When the Morning Glory Falls, but I truly do love them all.

been listening to TUYU for around over maybe half a year now and while I LOVE LOVE the instrumentals, vocals, everything to do with that I feel like I’ve failed to pay attention to, in my opinion, something that can make or break a song: the lyrics. Specifically this song in this video, actually, because while I was confused why the song was called “Under kids” I never looked into it -until now thanks to this video. ty for informing someone as uncultured about this issue as me ♪

yes yes i agree so much!! every aspect of tuyu’s song is cool but we have a language & cultural barrier which makes it hard to understand, sometimes we just vibe with the song and thats completely valid!! but thats what makes things more interesting once we get into it!! im glad i could help a little in this aspect!! :D

I originally saw the original music video and knew their was a dark story with it just with the lyrics. The fact that some kids webt thru or or still hoing thru this truly hurts. But i am glad attention is being brought to this situation.

i think the beauty of a song lyric is that they are made to be vague so you can interpret them anyway you want!! interpreting lyrics with and without context is just as fun because it shows how creative human imagination can be!! :D

The style isnt actually goth, if you search jirai kei, you will see most of the girls dressed up in jirai kei are at kabuchoki (aka where toyoko kids meet) Jirai kei started about in 2020, aswell where covid started people lost their jobs and children abuse got worse.

Im so glad u covered this song,its one of my faves!But id also like to see you cover more TUYU songs,for example 'Teritorry Battle' 'When the morning glory falls' 'Rain fall' 'I hope you can be an adult someday' 'Trapped in the past' which are my favorite TUYU songs! there are more id want you to explain but....itd be a little too much haha!
